Fast and affordable. 9/10 times they make your app order instantly and it's already waiting by the time you arrive. Only once did I need to wait an additional minute for a cookie.

I'm very disappointed that Starbucks only has one flavor of sugarfree syrup for their coffees. Sugarfree vanilla is a pretty boring flavor. What about sugarfree caramel or sugarfree moca? The service was great.

Inside lines are fairly average, and not a huge wait. Drinks usually come out pretty quick unless you're there during a rush. Batista's are typically always friendly.

Drive through is usually always pretty full? Can take around 20 minutes sometimes.

The parking lot is atrocious, with very small spaces. But thats not their fault, so im not reducing a star.

Clean, lots of space. Doesn't get super busy outside of peak times.

Starbucks is pretty well known. If you drink coffee you most likely have tried Starbucks at some point. It's a nice location, and it always has great coffee.
Nice friendly staff. Check them out when you need your next pick me up.
They do have non-caffeinated drinks. The Dragon Fruit drink is my favorite no coffee drink.

Always great for a cup of coffee. The team really tries to be quick and accurate, but they are often very busy, which sometimes means a little wait.

I love the mobile app because I can order my coffee before I leave my house in the morning, and just swing by and pick it up on my way to work. Very easy and convenient.

They do well considering the volume they have. They pushed my order ahead even after waiting for a while top notch when under a crunch!

Driving back home from Fort Bragg glass beach. Found this cozy Starbucks, service was good. Staff were friendly.

The staff is friendly and they work very hard. I never see anyone sitting around or not doing their job. They are consistent, their customer service is excellent, and their coffee is always hot to order. Make sure you take advantage of their app and point system. You don't want to miss out on a free coffee.

Using my app I placed an order and chose the drive-thru for my pickup. Our sandwiches were hot and so were our drinks. The staff was friend and appreciated when we took the time to ask them how they were too. I don't live in Ukiah so I can't speak as to how it is on a regular basis. But when I'm in town, I never have a problem picking up my order from this Starbucks.

I mean what can you say really. It’s Starbucks. I enjoy a frappe from time to time but my favorite is the strawberry aci with lemon at. It’s to die for. Refreshing on a warm day Staff is always friendly and are very helpful should you have questions about their drinks. I also love their merchandise. Need a pick me up go to Starbucks. And get a double shot expressly. It will do the trick.

Not the best customer service as this location tends be be a little less friendly than the other Starbucks on the south side of town. However, they never tend to get orders wrong and are faster. Still just a good Starbucks with easy access off the 101.

Nice staff very busy place but even the long line of cars went fast. I had to call in to add to my order and they were able to make the drink and add it while I was in the line. Not many places will do that. I wish they had something outside to just walk up to. Maybe something they will have sometime.

Great experience! I only do Starbucks once in a while, but always appreciate it. Six shots of espresso and a splash of half and half is my favorite. Other drinks are way too sweet. Great service and tasty beverage. 👍

This place is easy in and out off of the hwy. I don't recommend going in as the front parking is limited, small and people coming out of the drive through goes through that little parking area. But if you don't mind walking a little eat a there's a side parking lot with trees so if I have my dog I'll park in the shade there & let him out.

I always use the drive through, which seems like it's always busy. Wait times can be long, but the staff is always great and friendly. They've always made my drinks right.

They are very kind gentle and sweet you make me feel like family every time I go to order there I don't even get mad when I just ordered hot water or cold water still friendly and helpfull
