Michaels

I stopped by the have my tires inspected after a freeway skid. Turns out they were able to get me in but I hadn't thought that far ahead and had brought my dog with me! Luckily the rep that was facilitating my purchase said "Bring her in with you". Really I asked? Absolutely he said. So thank you for above and beyond customer service. My dog was tripping out having never been in a store before so it ended up being fun for both of us.

My other half is the favorite stop for her. The vast variety of items that are available is great.

The employees were nice & helpful. Clean store.

I like it. It's smaller than other Michaels, but can't have everything, right? The employees are the best part.

Make sure to check for coupons before going in. Even though there is a clearance sale there is a good selection of merchandise which can be rare for Ukiah. HUGE yarn selection currently. Also, during my last two visits, the store was the cleanest I have seen. The associates were very knowledgable and asked if we needed help before we asked. Big improvements Michaels and very appreciated.

When I lost my 21 year old son in 2020, the staff of the Ukiah store gave us a grant to help pay for services. I'm still grateful and thankful from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!!

This is s dangerous place to go. If I could of buy allot of things I'd love to do.

I love to craft. Michaels is a great craft store. This Michaels is a smallish store, doesn't have full stock, but it has a bit of everything. The store was clean & well organized. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I will be returning.

I love this place and the framing department is fantastic....let me be more specific Richard in the frame shop is fantastic! I only take my paintings to him!

Wife and kids love this crafty store. Sometimes you can get a coupon on your receipt for future visits. There's quite a big variety of different art stuff, beads, wood projects, cake decorating, and crafts.

I love Michaels I'm so happy it's only 45 minutes away from my house. Lol. The ukiah may be the smaller store version, but it has quality merchandise. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, easy to find what you're looking for. A crafters paradise! Coupons available, craft ideas, literally anything you're looking for, you will find here. Parking isn't a problem and lines are not outrageously long. I found more than what I was looking for and had a ball searching.

I had a great visit to this store. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. The store was very clean and stocked well. The sales were amazing. Highly recommended!

Michael's is a well stocked craft store. Very timely merchandise and sale specials are generous. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The frames department is outstanding and easy to work with.

Visit here once or twice a week. They almost always have what we need. Nice friendly people. Crazy discounts on holiday items during the holidays.
