Our post office is excellent! They are efficient and friendly. The few times we've had issues with shipping over the years, they were able to resolve any issues relatively quickly. We have the best letter carrier. Gail is amazing!

I had to send several envelopes and a package on Friday 5/8/2020. The post office is set up for social distancing while you wait in line. My wait was less than a minute. Theresa was exceptionally helpful since I had a few questions. I had larger envelopes and she helped me determine how many stamps I would need on future large envelopes to send on my own. She was very pleasant and was happy to help me. I had a very positive experience with Theresa.

I just wanted to write a review of this particular location after using them for three years. I've had nothing but great experiences here. They just went out of their way today to find me a very important package that was incorrectly addressed. In my visits to this Post Office, I have seen people get upset about the most ridiculous things. I watched a man get angry because they wouldn't take his credit card without an ID. I fail to understand how protecting someones identity is something to be upset about. This person should have been carrying a valid form of ID. The post office may have been cut and centers may have been closed, but this location is a good one. Please go easy on these people.

I had a package shipped to me and noticed while it was en route that the mailing address was incomplete. I went to the post office and explained the situation to the delivery manager Nicole, who took down my address and wrote it on the package when it arrived. She then called me to tell me the package would be delivered as scheduled. Thanks for your help, excellent service!

So happy to see sneeze guards have been installed. The representatives working deserve not only recognition, but a huge pay raise! They are putting their health on the line in ensuring our needs are met. Thank you for all you do and please take care!

I love the staff at our little Post Office. They work very hard to manage this big little city. The postal delivery team has always been timely and engaging. Good people.

We have lived in Waukesha since 1978 and have always had great carriers---friendly, courteous and professional. All experiences from purchasing stamps, mailing packages, answering questions, visas, etc. have been excellent. The postal employees work hard to provide excellent customer service. I applaud their dedication!!!

Sandy at the Waukesha Post Office needs to be commended for her excellent customer service! After just moving to Waukesha and trying to figure out some mailing and address needs, Sandy went ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected and I am grateful for her speedy and efficient service. I've had issues with others getting my mail in their boxes and visa versa. I called and talked to a Polly, she was very helpful. I'm only concerned because of not getting important mail delivered.

I CAN'T SPEAK POORLY OF THESE POSTAL OFFICE. THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST WITH WHAT GOT. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I AM 56 Y//O LIVING IN A NURSING HOME AND CALLED THE POST OFFICE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE OFFICE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I LIVED UNTIL THEY NEEDED TO KNOW WHERE TO LOCATE A PACKAGE. MY MAIL AND PACKAGES COME ON TIME. SO I THERE HASN'T BEEN A PROBLEM, UNLIKE SOME OF YOU OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD DIFFERENT COMMENTS ABOUT THIS OFFICE.

I am a 70 year old retiree and really appreciate that my mail carrier picks up my outgoing mail from my mailbox!! A real prince, or princess...

My residential carrier is really awesome. I order a ton of heavy stuff and he always brings it with a smile. Thanks for all you do.

This post office has the friendliest and quickest possible service in person. My mail is at my door every weekday and Saturday.

Excellent service from the postal employees at the counter which I utilize at least three times each week!

Not sure how this place has a rating that is this low. I go here several times a week and the people are very polite and always take good care of me.
