Wow, my friend recommended them as the “best price in town”, but my review is on the best customer service in town! I was able to work with Zack, Kristy, and Brian. I also appreciate Ruben and his flooring team. They all taught me what I needed to know about the differences in flooring (laminate and vinyl planking), tile (ceramic vs porcelain) as well as the variety of differences in carpets and padding. I may have changed my mind a few times and they were so patient with me. Kristy made me feel like I was an important client and stayed after closing to help me finalize my decision. And did you know they can make rugs right in their shop in St. George?!? See my matching runner to the left if my steps in pic. Great company, great people, amazing customer service and I would say best prices as my friend did too :) so happy with my new flooring.

After a water leak in our home, the entire floors were damaged to the point we needed to replace everything we walked on. Kristy Farnsworth guided us on the products we were interested in. She recommended wood and tile products that she felt would look good in our home, based on our preferences. Not only are they beautiful; they’re also functional for our lifestyle. Pioneer flooring exceeded our expectations in all ways by providing excellent installers. Our home’s interior floors look magnificent. Went to the Washington location and received personalized service from the Amazing staff there. They helped us pick out tile for our master bathroom. They took more time than they should have with us, and were extremely helpful and patient as we searched for just the right combinations. They offered expert advice and never rushed us as we looked through the amazing selection of tile that they had. We have previously purchased our carpet from them and have loved it. We will continue to shop here because of the quality of service and superior quality of products they offer.

Go to Pioneer Flooring! Kristy was a lifesaver for me. I knew what I wanted and unfortunately went to multiple flooring stores before I went here.. This is the only place where someone was willing to take the time to show me all of my options that were circling around in my head so I could be certain I liked my choices. She knows the latest trends but also what is timeless and she can figure out your taste really quickly after meeting you. So easy to work with and on top of all of that very fair pricing!

I've worked with them on a few occasions over several years and every time I am blown away at how easy it is to find the right flooring and how quickly they are able to get it installed.

They have been around a long time and you can tell they know what they are doing. Every flooring project has come out amazing and has turned a house into my home.

I was a customer for life after working with them at their Cedar City location but when I needed flooring in St George, I was ecstatic to find that they had opened a second showroom in Washington and that the service and selection was just as amazing.
