My wife called Dawn Radke to get an idea on what needed to be done to get the house ready to be put on the market. Dawn was there the next day or so and had some great ideas. They came over on January 11, 2024 and took staging photo’s. On January 12 the house was put on the market and had an accepted offer with in two hours. Dawn and her team did an excellent job and were very helpful to my wife and I. Dawn also has services that help with the after the sale to make life easier. Thank you and great job.

Kay Butterfield was very helpful in regards to my real estate purchase. Always willing to spend plenty of time with me, whether showing me properties on quick notice, or speaking with me at length on the phone discussing properties and/or ideas for me to not only get the best one, for me, that comes available, but to do so by strategizing the best offer to make.
