Hayward KOA Holiday

We love coming up to the Hayward KOA and staying in the camping cabins. The kids have always loved the pool and jumping pillow. The camp grounds are always so clean and well maintained and I see staff all around helping if there is something needed. Linda and Bill in the Red Pine food area were welcoming and friendly. My kids enjoyed going and ordering food from there and they enjoyed the choices available. Met George, the manager, and he was very talkative about all the great things that KOA offers there. I love the friendly staff and talking to them about where they were from and what brought them to this location. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time!

Very nice park. Great for tents, RVs, or renting cabins. Quiet and tucked in the forest. They have a lot of things going on for kids and families. Pool, water slides, tie-dye shirt, movies on the weekends. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot! We will be coming back, really soon.

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!

We brought our own camper but as ususal this campground does not disappoint. There are always activites for the kids to do, plus the waterside, the pool & tubing down the river. The little ones love the huge playground & participating in the activities.

Stayed here on an overnight trip passing through. The campground was in great condition and well maintained. We got in late but we were still greeted because they saw us pulling in. Our son had fun on the big playground. We will definitely be back for a longer trip to take advantage of the water slides and other amenities!

This was our second trip to this campground; we had such a great time. The campsites are well kept, and the staff are so friendly. It's fun for all ages. We can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed here overnight and had to leave early the next morning, but we would love to return. Beautiful campground. To bad we couldn't stay longer.

The campground always has fun things going on and makes it easy to camp with our kids. We don't have to try to keep them busy which makes our stay so much more enjoyable!

We go every summer and it’s one of our families favorite place to go! I’ve gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

Super great campground and very kid friendly! We had a friends truck break down on the way here after paying for a camp spot, and they refunded us even though they didn’t have to. The service is great, staff is very friendly, and camp spots are wonderful! We will come back. 😊

Wow, what a Great KOA this is, can't say enough great things about this campground!!! We usually don't really like staying at KOA's in general but this one we were super impressed with for sure! From the minute we drove in it looked clean and kept up, to the check in process which was slick and easy, Staff are so hard working around the campground and super friendly that go up and above to help you out in any way they can, each site seems spacious enough with campfire ring and picnic table, a really big and unique playground, a simple but nice mini golf course, they have a Mining Center for the kids, a Jumping Pillow, they were filling the big pool when were there getting it ready for the Holiday weekend, they have a nice Waterpark too, they have a little shop by the Waterpark to buy little goodies and beverages, lots of cute cabins to rent of all different sizes, Bathroom facilities were super clean, they have a nice laundry room with 6 Washers ($2.00 per wash) and 6 dryers (4 Lg for .25 cents for each 10min. And they have 2 small ones for .75 cents that run about 45min.), they have a small game room, great location close to town but far enough away your in the woods, they have a small store with a variety of different things you might need while there. All and all we can't wait to come back again! You need to come check it put for yourself!

If you have kids this is the place to camp in Hayward. So much to do on site and very close to town for even more fun! Wonderful staff and incredibly quiet at night even with every site full. We will be back!

Great KOA. Pool, water slide, parks, pizza place and a lot of other nice things for the kids to do. The staff was very responsive and friendly. All sites have trees which is nice. Sites are a bit close together but it wasn’t too bad. Would go back again.

Our kids had a blast and we enjoyed all the amenities and activities! The staff were really great, we will definitely be back :)

Everything about this campgrounds is perfect. Friendly staff. Accommodation make you feel like your at home. There are activities for everyone in your family.

Very clean grounds and facilities. ALL the staff was top notch. Really enjoyed celebrating my daughters birthday here. We will be back for sure. Thanks to everyone at Hayward KOA!

The campground was immaculate and very well maintained. Bath houses were very clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer - very polite and willing to help in any way needed. Quiet hour was very quiet even in a busy weekend where every site was filled. The pool was lively after a hot day. Definitely will stay there again.

My brother and I stay here every year for our annual MTB trip. The sites are clean and the folks are friendly. They always go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need and have an enjoyable stay. It also looks to be an amazing place for families with children to have a good wholesome up north experience. Mine are grown now, but I would have loved to have brought them here as kids. Maybe bring the grandkids some day.

Very family friendly!
Pool is deep with cool water. Lots of dirt roads for kids to bike up and down. Water slide ($), jump pillow, fun wood playgrounds, ice cream shop. Shower/bathroom house was clean, nothing fancy. Laundry facilities was clean, efficient and everything in working order. Our RV spot (171) was deep and semi shaded. Would be a great spot if you want to back in something you are pulling. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly!

Nice place with friendly staff. Appears to be well kept and everything works as it should. I let the front desk person know i was a RV camper newbie and they walked me thru getting my fifth wheel into the site easily. Was very impressed with how they went out of their way to show me the ropes. Pizza on-site was great and convenient.
