She was very polite, friendly but yet very professional. She then transferred us over to Michelle M. who handled or financing. She made the same impression on us as Michelle B. We really like Timber Ford for doing all our regular maintenance. They always have openings within a reasonable time and the people are friendly. The waiting room is welcoming and there is a good space for walking our dog since we often bring him with us.

1st of all the zero pressure sales is super appreciated. Most importantly Brian Poole in Sales and Michelle Mittlestatd in finance did what I thought was impossible, and that was selling me a mint condition used truck at a great price when I didn't even think I would get approved for financing. I was speechless and think it all started and finished in one day. Couldn't be more grateful and couldn't recommend them more, do yourself a favor and give Timber Ford a chance to sell you your next vehicle!

Well, another GREAT review for Timber Ford! We had our fly wheel break on our Edge, and within a few days our car was repaired and ready to go! That is a huge job, but we had the best mechanic.
Matt, our service writer, was AMAZING. Because it was a 50% warranty issue, he spent a lot of time figuring out what we would owe to make sure we received credit for all the warrantied items. He was so nice and knowledgable. We are grateful to have such an amazing dealership to take our car. Thank you!

Great sales team! It was nice dealing with a sales team that didn’t pressure you or bombard you with calls, emails, text, etc. It was a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience that every dealership should emulate.
