The Roosevelt Market

Simply the best!!! I go here almost every Friday morning for coffee and on summer evenings for a beer on the patio and it never disappoints. Don’t forget to grab a star-chip cookie and try the rotating seasonal soft serve ice cream!

Great little neighborhood gathering place! The sandwiches were awesome, and I heard good things about the breakfast burritos, too. Nice selection of beers on tap and wine.

Good food, great drink selection, nice seating. There’s a new school playground across the street so it’s great to bring kids as well..

It's thoughtful and adorable. The sandwiches are toasty and delicious. The"nooner" is a good deal. Nice wine selection of bottles ranging from super affordable to fancier and you can get things like m&ms and Cheetos if you're craving less fancy. They also have little gifts and children's books. It's all kinds of genius. We did not try the coffee but they sell beans and make their own syrups for flavored drinks. If they had a cheese counter I would just move in.

A bit pricey (30 bucks for 2 sandwiches with tax and tip. I had a glass of wine and my boyfriend had a glass of beer and some chips add the soft serve and lunch was over $50 for 2 people)

The Roosevelt was very good! They have a great sandwich selection, along with a variety of of breakfast options and food to go. This is place is like a small neighborhood market, can buy wine, beer, snacks, candy, etc. there and house a variety of options. The sandwiches are pretty big and would definitely be big enough to split if you're a light eater. I'd highly recommend checking this place out!

The Roosevelt Market is the best. It's local and neighborhood focused. Everything I've had there has been great. I'm there at least once a week for coffee, a breakfast burrito, or soft serve.

I love the eclectic mix of grocery here but such a great neighborhood market.

Sammy's are well made and tasty, coffee is good, and the staff are friendly. All the pastry I've had have been great as well.

It can get busy but there is a good reason for that! It can make seating etc. tough.

Roosevelt Market is a small market located in the East End. Highly recommended the East Ender Sandwich (ask for it toasted). They offer a lunch special called the “Nooner” and it comes with chips and a cookie. They also have a nice selection of small market item such as pasta, sauce, candy, eggs, milk, beverages.

Our luncheon experience was pleasant until school got out. Live and learn. Actually, the children were cute and well mannered. It just was no longer an adult peaceful lunch.

We enjoyed a great salad and sandwich.

A gem of a place: clean, spacious, and stocked with enough goodies, beers and wine for a picnic, with a bodega-style market and delicious and well-made espresso drinks. Everything from design to inventory seems very thought out and even harkens back to the original market with some classic candies.

Like family as soon as you walk in the door. They even give me gruff like my real family. Don’t come for breakfast if your in a hurry. This is a take your time and enjoy kind of place.

A hidden neighborhood gem. New owner, Tyler (as of 2021), puts a lot of heart into every sandwich and baked good. And the homemade ice cream sandwiches and locally roasted coffee are amazing. An easy, fun place to hang out!

Lovely neighborhood market. Small and well-chosen inventory including locally produced beers on tap, wines, and bakery goodies, Their breakfast burritos are the best. Enjoy one on the sidewalk tables on nice mornings.

I couldn't love this place more. The charm and quaintness of Roosevelt Market is a favorite and for good reason. From their great selection of breakfast/ lunch items to their dogs welcome environment, this place is like entering the home of an old friend. I love spending my time by the window with a coffee or a wine. There really is never a bad time for Roosevelt market if your heart is full and you have no where to be but here.

So casual and friendly, it's like being home.

I highly suggest tipping big, and staying for long periods. It's good for the soul.

Coffee is delicious. The service is always friendly to my small children and my dog. The food is wholesome. There's always a newspaper available to read. I am so grateful this place is in my neighborhood.

this is an amazing restaurant and since there is a playground on the school the kids can go play while we can sit down and enjoy our time eating food and talking.
