Been here 6 months now and I love it. Very quiet and management very responsive to your needs. I love the package lockers, large laundry room and beautiful walkways. The pool area is very inviting. Floor plans are well designed and I don’t hear my neighbors. I’m glad I moved here. Feel extremely safe! Close to great shopping and Cal Train at Belmont station. Plan to be here a long time.

I wanna jump into this opportunity to share my grateful feelings of living here! My review is targeting the people who are willing to move in, i was just like you 2 months ago and so glad that i made the right choice! Absolutely this is the best place in all aspects:
1- Affordable prices
2-Safety and cleanliness at high standards
3- Perfect for families and raising kids also pet friendly place.
4- Located in a charming neighborhood where you can walk in to the convenient stores/gas station in 5 min literally! Even there is a wonderful park right next the entrance of the community.
5- you will always find lots to park your cars.
6- San Mateo city is very convenient since its near to any place in the bay area, plus the weather is so lovely out here.
7- the Calm and silence will impress you.
8- swimming pools, gym and Tennis courts are for tenants use daily cleaned and well maintained.
9- laundry rooms here are the best you will ever see no doubts!
10- maintenance teams are always there for any support very quick and responsive!
Last but not least, what will attract you the most is the Administration office!
You will be treated like a owners not tenants! Credits for Paul and Jorge, Thank you guys for taking care of us!

5 stars not because it is perfect, but because it is a perfect balance between the price and quality. They don't have a laundry in unit, they have a laundry facilities. And no microwave, no AC (only heater), but it is San Mateo, so I don't think you would need AC anyway. Idk what's with the prices now, but when I was looking something not crazy expensive, but nice it was the best balance. Very nice and clear territory, little park right next to it, quiet around, pools, tennis court.

I had to move out because of my personal reasons and management team were very nice in handling the situation. I would like to say my special big thanks to Paul. He is a really next level manager 👍Thank you for all your help and support guys

I haven't lived here so I cannot speak to that part of the experience, but wanted to give a shout-out to the leasing consultant Kamily! She went above and beyond to show me the building, amenities, many units, all through video calls, emails, text messages. She is super communicative and in all my at least 10 interactions had always a super positive and friendly attitude! Thanks for everything, Kamily and sorry to have bothered you with so many questions!

Maintenance is really quick to respond to work requests. Does a great job and I like how they call you before and after the job is done.

The apartment has a park ambience with multiple options of living arrangements (building units, other units with backyards). This property also has the option for storage, different parking choices (garage, shed or open parking). The area has places where we can walk to the park, grocery, mall, services, gas station, train station and restaurants. What we like the most is the service. Our bathroom was fixed even after business hours by the maintenance department and even gave us further reasons through a text message on what happened at 3am which we appreciate very much.

I've been living here for almost a year and I haven't faced with any problem. Move-in process was pretty easy and smooth. The apartment was clear, kitchen appliances were almost new. The office managers are really friendly and nice people. Complex is open and green, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts, and small gym.Luxer one package lockers are also a great addition. Cons: Sometimes the hallway and stairs get dirty...

We've been living here for almost 2 years now. The complex looks like a cute meadow with homes around the area. Our dog absolutely loves to run around on the grass areas and meet all the other friendly dogs on the property. The staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are quick to resolve issues and are communicative about property projects. They've updated a bunch of things here like the gym equipment, pool fences, and parking, plus all the units have stainless steel appliances. This place has a lot to offer and we've been satisfied so far (:

I appreciate the Management's prompt attention to resident questions, openness to discussion, and understanding approach to individual circumstances.

Gil Torda provided the best customer services from start to finish when it comes to finding your new home. He showed me different sizes of the apartment and gave me plenty of his time in helping me decide which apartment I would choose to live. He answered all of my questions patiently and always asked me if I have any more questions. He is also good in term of communication whenever I texted him, he always get back to me whenever he has a chance. Although there is many choices to choose from, I decided to choose this place because of his excellent customer service.
Moreover, this place has a great atmosphere, plenty of trees and quiet neighborhoods. Highly recommended this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

I moved here in December 2015, and live in a studio (studios are located on the ends on the buildings). My experience has been great. I have a small dog, and this place is ideal. San Mateo hills nearby to hike nightly, a great park neighboring the property, free doggie bags to pick-up with, lots of positives for dog-lovers. As a human, the management has been nothing but nice and helpful. I had a refrigerator which made excessive noise, it interrupted sleep, and they moved quickly to change it out. A door was fixed within hours of me reporting it. There are new laundry machines which work great, and the pool is open all year and well-maintained. Constant renovations visible, it's an old building (built in the 70's I believe) but it's being worked on and communication with management is always possible. Negatives would be the fire alarm going off when I cook, but it's fire life safety -- not a legitimate complaint, it's working. Prices are not great but good for what's included. Great overall location if you work nearby (Cal-Train nearby, Molly Stones across street, Safeway, Trader Joes, Hillsdale Shopping Mall, downtown San Mateo, 92...)

Laurel Crossing Apartment Homes is a great place to live as I have moved here almost a month ago, in my experience what I can tell is that this community is a really enjoyable place to live, they have a great staff to help you with anything that you need, and also it is an well-located place if you want to do groceries, or enjoy the weather outside with some nice BBQ at the Park next to the Condo.
Furthermore, Laurel Crossing also provides not only the infrastructure and staff that you need to enjoy living the community but they also offer a really good support in the application process, particularly I can mention Gil who is part of the staff, as a really handy and kind person, he helped from the process application through all the other bureaucracies that I needed help.
According to what I said before, I definitely recommend Laurel Crossing Apartment Homes for those who need some TLC during the pandemic that we have been facing :)

I love living here. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage and the location (near Caltrain and several stores and restaurants) is convenient. The grounds are beautiful (lots of grass and trees)and it's dog friendly. Sadly the pet rent is $75 for a larger dog and there is not a parking space included with the rent.

Its wonderful living here. Doggy friendly. Right by the park for our little one. Very spacious apartments. But what makes this place great is the staff. All the maintenance people are super friendly and helpful. The front office gals are soo great. I've had such lovely experiences with Abby and Erin. 5 stars all the way!

My daughter and I have lived here for over 4 years! We love it here! We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a patio! When I first saw the property, I told my daughter it looks like a resort! There is a pond by the office, you walk across a bridge to go in office! There is a pool by the office, tennis courts across from office, lots of trees, a few bridges to go from place to place! It’s gorgeous!!!
Management (Yezenia and Gill) are really welcoming, kind, caring, have been very informative and supportive during Covid-19!
These are some scary times and I have found myself calling to talk to Yezenia to voice my concerns about not working, not knowing if i will go back to work, and she is awesome about putting my mind at ease! Oh, and I have had the pleasure of meeting Gill, he got here just before Covid hit And I needed answers about storage or parking, he got right on it and got answers for me!
I miss being able to walk in the office and say hi and chit chat, if they aren’t busy!
We just renewed our lease here for another 13 months!! Yay!!!
To me, this is home!

We love living here! It's a little older, but beautiful! It is VERY dog friendly, the tennis courts are awesome, the two pools are great, and having a dog park next door is incredible! This is a wonderful community to live in.

Great place to live! Management team Erin, Leah & Jesus are great! Meet Luis maintenance is is also great! Happy to be here!

friendly staff, responsive maintenance, nicely kept grounds and amenities -like pools, workout room, and laundry rooms; conveniently located with easy access to parks, groceries, mall, and major highways.

Got help moving in, Andrew the Service Manager is the goat.

Great service and even better people, this place really knows how to take care of residents and make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommended for new people to the area!!!
