My family and I were in tonight at the Lake Geneva location, and with the help of Kristin Boyette we were more than satisfied! We could not be happier to now be an apart of the US cellular family and this is in-part because of Kristin!
She was extremely attentive to not only us but other customers, even though she was the only employee working. She additionally stayed an extra 2 hours past the store closing to make sure we were satisfied and all of our phone transfers were taken care of. She truly is an asset to the Lake Geneva store and to US cellular. We would more than recommend this location and this employee for any new or existing customers! She is a gem! Thank you to Kristin for being so engaging, honest, informative, and helpful!

I stopped in yesterday to check on how to upgrade my husband's phone and if we should change our plan to save the most money per month. Conner was VERY helpful and by changing plans he is helping me to save over $50.00/month. Thank you Conner.

I was helped by Colleen and was impressed with how quick and easy it was to sign up and help me with an upgrade.
I’m usually pretty phone savvy but I had some questions to fill in the blanks with the new iPhones and she helped very well without showing much to any bias.
I was in and out in about 20-25 mins as opposed to the 2-3 hour experience I have been accustomed to at competitor stores which had me taken back. Very helpful and buying a phone has never been easier. Highly recommend.

I found Nicole very personable, helpful, attentive, efficient, and an enjoyable person to work with! Everything that I needes help with, Nicole got it done and taken care of!

They did an awesome job at helping me out with my new phone as well as getting it activated even though it did take sometime due to unknow reasons from within the phone but they got it figured out in no time and I was on my way with my day
