Ordered rodent pro - was told it would arrive in 2 weeks - didn't. (was told they would call when it arrived but when I called at the 2 week point they didn't seem concerned that it had not arrived - asked if they called to find out the delay - which they had not. So after a couple of days I called back and was told it would be delivered next week (sigh) So after 3 weeks, no phone call. It was due to be delivered on a day I had off - but when I came in the next day co workers did not receive a call. Animals need this feed so I take time off the next day to insure I arrive there before they close - only to find out they do not accept credit cards (ok - I understand, but wouldn't have that be something that should have been shared with me when I place my initial order????!!!! I will find another location (albeit further from me that this place) I refuse to patronize a place that appears to have no understanding of customer service.
