My husband and I went to Ashley's furniture to look for a new couch!!! We were immediately welcomed by Samantha who was super friendly - and allowed us to look around. When we were ready we found her and asked her about a specific couch in which she helped us purchase easily. She was super fun, and made us have a great experience in the store!!! I highly recommend finding her to help You with your furnishing needs!

Extraordinary personalized service from Keith, David and manager Adrianna! Our initial contact was with Keith who was always available for questions and made sure we were taken care of during his absence upon our return to the store. Adrianna was there to greet us and already knew why we were returning. They worked together as a team for success! They allowed us to take our time, never pressured us to make the purchase and answered all of our questions. They explained in detail financing options and current sales event. All of the staff including those behind the desk were very professional and a pleasure to work with! A big shout out to Keith for all your support! We will be repeat customers! Thank you!

Ashley at Ashley Furniture (easy to remember ;) is exceptional! I've been to ALL of the furniture stores in and around St. George, and her customer service is by far the best. We have purchased 2 items from the Ashley store in the last month. Samantha has been our sales person both times and we have gotten impeccable service. Our first purchase was an end table and though it was a relatively inexpensive purchase she followed up and made sure the item arrived on time and she made sure we were happy with the whole process. A big thumbs up to Samantha. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend asking for her if you go to Ashley Furniture.

My husband and I came in to purchase a sofa set on Monday and we were initially greeted by James. He answered every question we had and was excellent. We came back today with a final decision on a set and we worked with Aly and the manager Adrianna- WOW. Talk about customer service. Adrianna knew every single thing about multiple sets we inquired about and explained their quality system and how the 5 year protection system worked. Aly handled all of our paperwork and made the process so seamless. We also got a beautiful dinner set for making a purchase! Samantha greeted me as I walked in the door, and showed me immediately to what I came in looking for. She was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. The day before delivery, she made sure I remembered it was coming. That served me, as well as the delivery people. I was very pleased with her service and happy with my purchase.
