Gio's Pizza Fusion

The new owners are quickly turning this into one of the best pizza/pasta/calzone places there is! Had the pleasure of talking the the wonderful duo that have taken it over and am excited by what they have planned(including new menu and remodeling). My son and I needed some grub after a long weekend of moving households... Starting out with their made from scratch breadsticks and marinara sauce... The flavor of the two are great on their own, put them together for a combination that can't be beat. Then on to the pizza... I had the go to for me Hawaiian, which the flavor of the crust and toppings coming together with the marinara made my taste buds very happy and my stomach very full. My son had the garlic chicken with bacon. The Alfredo sauce and other toppings, with again a very delicious crust were amazing... Multiple times he gave me the nod of approval while hungrily enjoying bite after bite. I know that we will definitely be back many, many times in the future, not just for the amazing food, but to see the renovation that will be coming back with some amazing old family recipes topping it all off! Great Job Ladies!!

Wow ! Delicious I was not disappointed at all it definitely hit the spot ! So this is the second time in a week I have been here I can honestly say this is the best pizza around and I know it will only get better as time goes by thanks for such a great pizza. Okay I have been here a few times now and all I can say is WOW ! Mattie runs a great shop and is super friendly the food is amazing 👏.So I have been coming here for a while now and have never had a bad experience tonight was probably the best calzone I have ever had and the cheese bread was wonderful !

Best pizza I've had in a long time! The jalepeño cheesy bread is too good. I know I'm gonna be back soon cause I'll be craving it soon as these leftovers are gone.

Gio's has become our favorite pizza place around; for our Italian-American family, that is saying something. There are plenty of great pizza and pasta options, and the quality of the ingredients is top notch; it's great to find a calzone locally. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the new owner, Madi.

We happened across Gio's by accident, now frequent by choice, and happily recommend to everyone!

We moved to Syracuse almost 2 years ago and have now FINALLY found our pizza place! The pizza was AMAZING! The new owner is SO NICE and helpful. My kids loved it and said we aren't going anywhere else. So from here on out, Gio's on Antelope is our family night pizza place!
We had the meat lovers and combination pizzas 🤤 fresh and just the right amount of toppings. We got the large and they were MASSIVE! Worth every penny

The customer service is incredible here! I walked in and was greeted immediately, even when she was already busy. When I walked in, the smell hit me and it was MOUTHWATERING. I got the lunch special, which was a fantastic price and the pepperoni was delicious. I’m very happy that I came here today and will be back!

As always, Gio's didn't disappoint. Love their Supreme pizza and bread sticks. Also tried the jalapeño cheese bread. Delightful!!!!

Calzones here are easily the tastiest menu item. Their cheese & pepperoni calzones are like screaming good mozzarella sticks, can't get enough of em.

So happy to find this piece of deliciousness!!! So so good!! My kids LOVED the pizza and breadsticks!! So good!! We will be back for sure!!

I have liked Gio’s pizza for years. Was sad to see it had closed. Always loved being able to go get a “hot and ready” cheese pizza for cheap. I am happy to see it was reopened under new owners with same recipes and vendors. I don’t know that they’re still going to have the walk in special for a quick cheap pizza (I do understand times have changed and there is inflation now). I’m still excited to try and had to give 5 start review based on my experience with Gio’s for years. Even prior when it was 5 buck pizza. Gio’s kept that same taste that I loved in middle school so many years ago at sunset jr in 2003.

This is our new favorite pizza place. The jalapeno bread sticks were beyond delicious. The calzones were perfect. Also had the best meat lovers pizza around. Service was amazing. Can't say enough about this place. Go check out this pizzeria and you won't be disappointed.

Ordered a bunch of pizza and sides for a family thing and everyone loved it. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

If you have never been here…please run there now. Get there as fast as you can. The customer service there is A-Mazing!!!!! They way the manager is such a team player. The energy he shows to his team. The way he teaches them. The food is spot on.
TIP: The pizzas are big. We ordered 2 mediums and 1 large. Per my husbands request. We feed 9. We would have been great with 2 mediums and still have left overs. Great thing about this is I bet it will taste just as good heated up tomorrow for lunch.

I can't even begin to put into words how good this place is. The food is absolutely to die for. I'm not sure if it's the owner or the manager but he is an absolute delight and clearly insanely passionate about food and his restaurant. If you are looking for a new local pizza joint, this place will NOT disappoint.

I'm been in the area for several years and just discovered this little gem. Some of the best pizza I've had. I tried the BBQ Chicken and my son had the Hawaiian. Perfect sauce to topping ration and perfectly cooked. I will be going more often now that I found it.

I’ve been looking for a place like this since moving to Utah 8 years ago: local, high-quality, tasty, and maybe most importantly not greasy. It can be a hard sell for my wife to get pizza for dinner, but Gio’s is perfect! We got a Hawaiian, a pesto potato, and Parmesan sticks. All were fantastic, but the pesto potato was absolutely killer. I figured that if one of the pizzas would come out too heavy, it would be the one, but it wasn’t at all. The staff was also super friendly. I was totally impressed, and I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Stopped by a few times. The owner even helped by donating a few pizzas for a food drive we were doing. Would definitely recommend

Great food! Since moving to Syracuse we've been looking for a good local pizza place. We've found it. Got a pepperoni pizza and it was great, the marinara tasted amazing. The wife is from CT and it reminded her of a place from there, she loved it. This is our new pizza place.
