Every aspect of my experience at the 2nd Street U-Haul location was not just great, but amazing. I was a bit worried that there might be a considerable wait when I arrived at the facility without a reservation, but the manager working the front desk somehow made sure that every customer in the room (and one on the phone) received timely personal attention and a quick resolution such that the room cleared out and before I knew it, I had a storage space rented and all my questions had been answered. The excellent customer service experience continued when I had to contact the manager at a later time with a question about access to my unit. He patiently walked me through each step and did not end the call until my issue had been completely and comprehensively addressed. The manager, Cory Berisko, is truly an asset to this facility and the efficiency and professionalism of the rest of the team there reflects extremely well on Mr. Berisko's leadership. Do not hesitate to choose this facility for all of your storage and moving needs - you will not be disappointed.

Manager Cory is great. Always friendly and willing to help. Dahlea (?) is awesome as well. Always smiling and everyone is very helpful!

Cory and his team are phenomenal to work with. I needed a trailer hitch mounted on my Infiniti FX35. The hitch company had issues locating and sending the correct parts. Cory managed the situation professionally, stayed in communication with me, and was able to make everything work. I have total confidence in his word. When he says he will do something or follow up on things, he actually does it.

Jessica made my Monday so much better! She really listened to my concern with trying to pay for my storage unit. Due to heavy snow fall and an issue with my debit card Jessica waived my fee for the month. That's true customer service. Caring about customers safety over $47 dollars. We have rented a truck and used this location for storage as well. I wanted to leave this review to say Tony at the front desk is the best! He’s thoughtful, thorough, polite and considerate. A+ service. And if you walk in and want to find him at the front desk, his style reminds me a bit of Post Malone. (Tony, if you see this, it is only intended as compliment! Thank you for your help with our move!)

The General Manager was very helpful when our movers cancelled on us the morning of our move. He helped us get another mover to get us taken care of. This is a very clean facility with a great staff! Thank you!
