Boot Barn

Bought my FIRST pair of western boots today. Brayden was very quick to assist me in finding the perfect boot, he was honest and truthful about the quality, comfort level and style, extremely knowledgeable and personable, he even set me up with all the items I would need to maintain My boots without breaking the bank. The staff took away all anxiety I felt about getting my first pair. Thank you Brayden, a true man's man

We were in Casper on 3-15-23,I was looking for some boots,was greeted right when we walkeendedd through the door by a very nice lady that walked us over to the section of boots,she was so helpful and understanding as what I was looking for.We ended up buying a pair of boots,payed for them and left,we decided to go back and buy some wrangler's.Tje manager of the store waited on us this time. I can't express how helpful she was also,worked with me on getting the right size,( very glad I took her advice) on size,you have the best employee's at that store!! Highly recommend this store!! They handled my Shepplers return even though the register was having problems! Great job! I will say when I pulled up I wondered if they had closed cause I couldn't see through the windows and the front looked a bit unkept. Some flowers out front or the door propped open might help people see you.

Jami was absolutely wonderful; so very patient with me while trying to find a pair of woman's steel toe boots. She was quite knowledgeable and informative. I am very happy with my justins....love them!!!!

I love this place. This specific store staff were friendly and helped us with our questions. The women's section was a bit sparse and it appeared everything was mustard colored. Boots were great and a good selection

The two women that were working tonight when we came in were extremely helpful. The lady that helped me took the time to explain what I should look for in the boots and how they'd fit and explained the way that they'd stretch over the next week to fit my foot naturally but if they didn't I could bring them in and have them stretched. This is the first time I've gotten or even worn boots so I had a lot of questions. I have fat feet so finding comfort in shoes doesnt come easily. The things we do for our sisters wedding. 😂😂

Great service and they make sure you get what you want and are very patient I switched my mine quite a few times but they didn't mind at all 10 out of 10 would recommend

Greag deals on my FRs.. the 2 ladies at checkout were great..offered us the credit card and we were approved although we had the money to purchase the items it was a blessing to not have to use that money at that point of time great job girls for suggesting

Highly recommend this Boot Barn. Went in looking for boots for motorcycle riding. I prefer a cowboy boot for riding. Karlee was not only very knowledgeable about the boots, but the quality of how they were made. Left there with an amazing pair of boots.
