I was so amazed in my experience in Casper at Jimmy John’s-I’ve been there every single night for the last week. I come here to work and I’m often out of town for work and visit many Jimmy John’s. This one has been the best experience I’ve ever had-reflecting on last night-5/24
I was having a situation, and these young men and manager on duty so kind, and so concerned that I was having a good experience, I had to write this review. For the age of these young men in this society today whatever you guys are doing over there in training is one heckuva job-friendly, responsible, kind, and accurate

An absolute pleasure to come to this store! The morning crew always come through for me. I didn't get names today but my sandwich was made absolutely like I wanted it, the young man with the gouges was very pleasing to talk to and the gentleman with the beard helped me with the menu and any questions thay I had about it. Absolutely love this location and the morning crew that always helps me out! Can't wait to come in again!

We originally set out to go to jersey mikes. Jersey mikes closed down 15 mins early so we went over to Jimmy John’s where Ty and Zoe made us regret trying Jersey Mikes in the first place. They were very welcoming and made our experience great! We will definitely be choosing Jimmy John’s first next time. Appreciate you guys staying open in the late hours and having great attitudes! We will be back!

Jimmy johns usually has one person working.
They always make the sandwich I order. I appreciate the simplicity of the ordering process. They keep it real as the ingredients.

Was just at Jimmy John's #1638 on 2nd in Casper and I would give Tristan, the young lady working a perfect score.
She was handling drive through, front, phone and making sandwiches while dealing with 2 presumably Crack heads that took 15-20 minutes to order demanded money back because they waited about 5 minutes.
Tristan handled it all and was ever polite.
That lady deserves a raise!!!!

They were out of some supplies, but their personable and assistive staff made it worth it to still eat there. Even though I live across town, I will absolutely be making it a point to come back to this location.

I have never had an experience like this before! I ran through Jimmy Johns because they're fast and I was hungry, and their food is so yummy. When I got to the window I was greeted by Darryl, he was witty, charming, funny and just all around great to work with. I have always had a great experience at Jimmy John's, but this time it was phenominal. Darryl is the best at his job. 10/10 would recommend.

Other than occasionally being out of bread... Jimmy John's is pretty tasty. A warning: they're not as freaky fast as they freaking say.

The sandwiches are better than any place I have ever had.

These fine folks allowed me an 18 wheeler driver after a long days drive order food, when I walked up to the drive thru. My semi and trailer were parked at the home depot across the street for the evening. I am very grateful they allowed me to order and get my food ... GOD BLESS THEM

I placed an order for delivery and accidentally gave the wrong address. The driver was very accommodating to my error and the food was amazing!

I was just there and was very impressed by the woman working. She was training a guy and was working by herself with multiple orders. She was very hard-working, polite, and made a good sandwich. Good staff!

The last few times I have been there Derryl has taken my order. He always greets people with a friendly attitude. He is on top of his game!

An easy stop for a quick lunch. The unwich versions are great healthy alternative for those doing keto or low carb.
