I am on 2 crutches. I had around 7 products in my shopping cart heading to checkout. I stopped and looked at some chairs. A saleswoman by the name of Acacia asked if she could help me. I needed a chair measurement so she got a tape measure, and measured several chairs for me. I picked one, she got the box and took the box and my cart to the checkout. After checking out, Acacia took everything I bought to my car and loaded it for me. Very helpful and happy. I give Acacia an A+ or a 5 out of 5. Staples... you have an excellent employee!

My 1st shopping experience here was great. Adam was my printer specialist and knew exactly everything I needed and what to recommend. Unfortunately the product I was interested in was out of stock but he made sure to give me recommendations on how to get the printer I need. Thanks Adam!

I'm a joke cause ya'll can't just speak up and ask questions.

I needed to mail a package ASAP. UPS was closed so Googled places around town. Staples shipping didn't close till 6pm, perfect! Got there, no masks, totally cool. Got help, and asked about packaging. UPS was going to charge me $10 for a medium size box and $1.50 to tape it up. Went to Walmart, bought a box for $1.43. Found out Staples has everything you need right in the store, boxes were $4 and under and the tape was free, NOT to mention free shipping! what?. I already had my item packaged along with it's shipping label ( FYI they charge a small fee to print the label ). Anyway, this was a good experience.

Employees are always friendly and helpful! At times they can be a bit short staffed, but isn’t everyone these days?! The store is always spotless and the people who work there make it a pleasure to shop there!

I called this Staples to ask some questions I had about making copies. The associate who answered the phone said her name was Emma. She was very polite and knowledgeable and easily answered what I was asking:) When I went in later on to make these copies I was helped by the same gal and she was just as friendly, and also quick to get the job done:) I was very impressed by her great customer service and will definitely be coming back for future copying needs:) Thank you for the great and very appreciated experience!!!

Sean in the print shop is amazing. They have been so helpful and kind to me with all of the projects I've needed their help with. They deserve a raise! Thank you, Sean!

I’m new to Casper and needed to print some documents by tomorrow. I went to Staples to use the copy and print services. Unfortunately the do-it-yourself copy machine was out of order but the gentleman behind the counter was able to help me out and even paid for my documents to be printed. Even though he didn’t know it, I had a pretty rough morning and him paying out of pocket for my documents made my day. I don’t recall his name but if he sees this, thank you so much, you are appreciated! I highly recommend Staples.

We use staples often. We want to give some major accolades to Sean in the printing and designing portion of the store. A: he is always friendly and welcoming regardless if he’s swamped. B: He has great ideas and has tons of patience. I have witnessed large lines and he just smiles and doesn’t get frustrated or upset. I look forward to seeing him when I go in. Even when Staples isn’t The least expensive my husband and I don’t care because being treated well and the personal attention he gives to detail is well worth it.

The print department is amazing! Very friendly and also done on time. If there is any problems with my prints which has only been once they fix it with no questions asked.

Had SSD drives competitors did not. Reasonable price and very helpful staff.

Denis in the print department is very friendly and helpful! Don't go to the UPS store, come here they can ship your stuff without the aditude!
