Urgent Care of Casper, LLC

I developed an ear infection while driving across country and was in so much pain I had to make an emergency stop at this facility. They were quick, helpful, and incredibly kind. They called my prescription into the next town so I could keep traveling rather than waiting for it to be filled. They even called an hour later to make sure I was able to successfully pick up my prescriptions. I really appreciate when a provider puts that kind of time and effort to really care for a patient. The experience meant a lot to me!

Got a DOT Physical no fuss just in and out. They did a very good job. I was kicked out of Convers Hospital because I couldn't go to restroom for urine test. Had no problem at Urgent care. They where the best.

I really liked the provider that we saw tonight. She was kind and informative. Our 3 month old has RSV which can definitely not be fun. She did a great job at taking care of him.

Doctor's Visit on February 15, 2024

The Doctor and the Nurse Practitioner from this place are very kind and caring. The receptionist , though, who types up doctor's note for school, wouldn't type up exact words from Doctor/Nurse Practitioner. That created issue from my child's school. If the doctor/ nurse told me that she would excuse my son from the day prior and the day she has seen my child, that means the doctor knew that the kid wasn't feeling well even the day prior and she knew what the kid went through simply by checking on the kid. She was very kind and very informative, I think she's a doctor I didn't catch her name though I apologized, because I was too focused
on what she was telling and explaining to me on how to handle when the same issue happen again with my child. I love how she cares.
Urgent Care Doctors/Nurses are very kind, caring and intelligent and they know what they are doing and they know how to check on someone's health. They are there for an important reason. On the other hand, I was so upset about the whole ordeal regarding the lady receptionist for not following notes from the doctor, she wouldn't listen to your concerns. Now, it became an issue from my child's school, the school only excused my child medically for one day because school personnel only went by the doctor's note that the receptionist had written or typed up. My child had a very high fever a day prior but I decided to see a doctor the following day instead because of the fact I wouldn't let my child get out of the house with a high fever. My child has been seen by a doctor on February 15.
I apologize for this not so good review about the receptionist.
But like I said, Doctor Letty, I met her on January 2nd, we had a doctor visit that day and the other lady doctor we had on February 15 were amazing and very informative. We need these kind of doctors or nurse practitioners in our lives. Thank you very much for your sincere care and professional service and support.

Had a wonderful experience at Urgent Care of Casper LLC while getting my compliance items completed for work. The staff was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed the friendly conversations. It is a perfect example of what some BIG facilities loose in pursuit of efficiency and numbers. The personal connection makes all the difference in the world. Got in quickly even with a full waiting room. Nurse and PA were both great. They made sure I completely understood treatment and steps moving forward before I left and printed them out in an easy to read format.

We used Urgent Care for a sports physical and we were in and out in 15 minutes. The physician was friendly and thorough. Very pleased and will definitely return if we are in need of quick care.

Urgent Care Center on 2nd was simply fantastic. The fact that the services I needed was right up their alley and from checking in to walking out with my DOT physical plus helpful advice and their genuine concern for my health is a welcome relief and would definitely gonna be a repeat client. The folks at the reception area and the folks they have in the back were amazing, helped my anxiety disappear and treated me like I am worth something. Wish everywhere I went were more like this place.

Easy online registration and check-in. They offer scheduling by appointment, not just walk-ins. Friendly, caring providers, and nice, clean facility.

We went to urgent care for my 1 year old son who was very sick. I had called the pediatrician and they just kept putting me off and wouldn’t see him. After the 5th of being sick we came here and they did amazing. Super sweet with my kiddos and got me an answer! Can’t recommend them enough.

I had a great experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was taken care of quickly, and additionally, it was certainly one of my quickest visits to an urgent care. I would absolutely and definitely go there in the future if the need arises.

I have been sick for about 3 weeks and been putting off going to the doctor because of other things going on and no time. I finally decided to go and I was a walk-in (no appt). I filled out the check-in docs on the app and paid my copay with the friendly front desk person. I was met at the door by Sloan Padilla who was very friendly and professional. She gave me a few ideas of how to fix some of my symptoms. She had real concern with my symptoms and was very thorough. When the doctor, Lilly, came in, she was very professional and had great concern about my symptoms. She was very thoroughand gave me the best care. I am afraid to get a primary doctor because I may not get the level of care I get with Dr. Lilly and Sloan Padilla. I highly recommend going to Urgent Care of Casper on 2nd street.

Been here 2 times in the past 8 days.
Front office staff very kind and professional. Then comes the nurse who is also very affable and pleasant to be around . Then I was seen both times by Lilly who was very caring compassionate and totally engaged when it came to treatment. This experience has been incredible. I am very happy and thankful for these professional caregiver!

I had a great experience. I filled out all the paperwork online and since no one was in the waiting room, I was seen within 10 minutes. The gal that did the vitals and the questions was very nice. The PA was very nice and attentive and sympathetic. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Very efficient chock in/out process. Staff is professional and caring. Chelsea is amazing! Highly recommend.

The process was still easy. Had all paperwork done online. Receptionist was nice and very helpful. The nurse was super nice as well. But the Dr was the best. I remembered her name, Venice. Very thorough and professional.

Urgent Care of Casper was quick and knowledgeable. We waited a few minutes after the appointment time, but felt the nurses, nurse practitioner and doctor really cared about me and getting me feeling better.
