Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites

Family spent several nights there on two different occasions while handling funeral arrangements for my aunt. The rooms were super nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was sufficient. However the real jewel here is the service. Despite there being some kind of state girl’s athletic team thing going on, the desk clerk was always very responsive, was quick to resolve any issues and very very friendly with my mom and my oldest two kids. I am so grateful they were able to rest easy during such a difficult time. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Great staff, family friendly for sure, very clean. We had an extended stay, and they are constantly cleaning and upkeep is amazing here. The pool was calm during our visit, and so was the hot tub. The breakfast bar was nice and very clean. Love the unlimited coffee and creamer with juice as well.

My new favorite hotel in Casper. Front desk staff friendly, super helpful, and prioritized customer service. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, they had a variety of pillows so I could pick the one for me. The room was quiet and well insulated from the noise of other rooms and outside. The hotel is easily found and ver convenient. This is definitely my new travel stop !!

This was the best hotel my family stayed at during our cross-country road trip. The room was very clean, minus one hair on the shower wall which is always ew. But the shower was AMAZING. Instantly hot with wonderful water pressure. The water made my hair feel very soft. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow types to choose from. The hotel was quiet with friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice room for Casper, WY. Spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is typical for complimentary hotel breakfast. My room had low water pressure but that is the only thing I noted. Would recommend for travelers.

We stayed here 2 nights while on a road trip and it was the nicest hotel. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was the best, everything was very good. The staff were great and we will definitely stay here again if traveling through Casper.

Newer building very well maintained. Professional and courteous staff acknowledged my rewards member status. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Everything in working order. Could use a usb charge or two but there were plenty of outlets and great lighting. Breakfast above average with lots of options and good coffee. I'll be back.

Our favorite place to stay when in Casper! Service is top notch and rooms are comfy and clean.... very pet friendly. They have been doing recent upgrades so there may be very minor inconveniences but it's all for the greater good. Will definitely be staying every time we are in town.

What a welcome oasis after a long day of driving! We chose this place because of the value for money and great reviews and it didn't disappoint for our family of 6 in a 2 queen suite. Even though we got in late at night, the front desk employees were welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate and current and quiet. A/C was cold and easy to use, beds were comfy with lots of choices for pillows. Wifi was free and fast. Breakfast was great and had several choices for hot and cold items. Ice maker worked and tap water was tasty to refill our water bottles (it might seem strange to mention, but we've stayed in lots of hotels with less than ideal water). We didn't have a chance to use any other amenities or explore the city or area, but it was perfect for an overnight stay on our road trip and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was very clean as well as the rooms, young man Ray was at the desk. My wife is highly allergic to pet dander and want to make sure she wasn't going to be in a room pet's had been in. Ray told us we would be on the same floor. My wife asked if we could be put on a different floor, Ray was able to do that and gave us an upgrade at no charge. If in the area again we will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again.

Our Best stay in rescent times.Super clean room.Comfortable beds, clean bed sheets and clean bathroom, Descent break fast and freindly staff. Overall a pleasant stay would definetly consider coming back if in town once more.Worth the money spent

Room was beautiful & spotlessly clean. The only disappointment was a slow draining sink & no one was available to repair in the moment. However, staff offered to switch us to a different room --which we declined. We managed fine. Very happy with everything and would be pleased to stay here again. Well done 👍

This hotel was the best I've ever stayed at. It is brand new, clean, and my family was very comfortable. It was very difficult to find the location though. There were free giant cookies in the lobby which my husband took advantage of.

I didnt stay here, but I came over from the holiday inn to ask about using the gym, and they were cool enough to let me use it.

These people were awesome! I had just got off the bus across the street and the room I was supposed to rent in this house, I learned from a phone call, was already filled, so the Best Western graciously let me check in at 9:30am when most of these places won't check you in until after noon. This was a non-weekend day, so the room came to just $114 after taxes, which is a heck of good bargain considering it's a really classy place. The room was clean and big, the bed was perfect and so was the bathroom. Walls were really good with soundproofing, and the wi-fi rocked. The breakfast buffet, which is free, was a real feast with bacon and sausage and eggs and biscuits and milk and orange juice and coffee. It's that rare hotel where all the photos on the website look exactly like the actual rooms and lobby. Plus, you can walk and be downtown in just 7 minutes.

I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Casper.

I had THE most amazing customer service from the front desk clerk Andrew on the evening of Feb. 12, 2023. He absolutely went above and way beyond any one in his position ever has on my behalf. He helped me get through a tough situation, and deserves a HUGE pat on the back of some sort. He's a keeper!!
