Customer service is exceptional, the new girl Wendy was amazing taking my family's order in spanish as soon as she heard my mother telling me what she wanted. I'm so grateful they have bilingual employees. Makes things easier for me.

Honestly best McDonald’s in town hands down. The employees aren’t screaming at each other - they’re smiling and friendly with customers. The food was fresh, not old grease and sloppy. I saw the manager stepping in to help cook and still smiled at me when saw glanced my way.

It’s insane how much better this location is than others. (Looking at you East side 👀)

McDonald's is always fast, usually fresh, and pretty cheap.
Even when we have special requests, they are handled very well and we almost never have to get a correction! Even when there is a long line, the waits are never bad.

Mcdonalds is mcdonalds. Friendly staff. This loaction serves a Hot N spicy mcgriddle? Lol crazy, but decent and no I didnt make it up, its actually on the menu.

Fries are fresh! Like when does that happen? Nuggets have a amazing crunch. I would post a video on how good but Im not getting free food

Although I have been to this, McDonald's only twice. There's never a long line, and the customer service is excellent.

Out of all 3 McDonald's in town (I think there are 3 at least) I'd have to say this is the best one to go to. Lobby is closed (pandemic) and their lines get long but they get food out crazy quick AND hot and fresh! I swear every time I go I got some crazy fresh fries. Even if no one has gone thru for a while. And their iced coffees. They are perfect. Never too sweet or too dull. And they always get the order right. (Picky kids and husband) 😂 I go out of my way just for this location.

East side always mucks up. Missing food. Cold. Stale. Watered down drinks. Absolutely horrible.
West side isn't too bad. Mess up usually. (Unless order is basic)

Super nice staff! Made me some super hot fries with a smile on their faces!

For someone who loves food, this was a great spot to come while on a road trip to eat. The bathroom was very clean and we'll kept up. The food was as delicious as any other McDonald's, and the staff member that helped me was very nice, and awesome! I will definitely come here again if I go back. I'd recommend to anyone who loves McDonald's!

Always just right.

Had to grab breakfast sandwiches quick before leaving town early. They were hot and fresh. The coffee was hot too. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie was good as well.

Great food, fair price, fast service. Best McDonald's of casper hands down never messed up my order.

Slow night got food fast a d fresh

The McDonald's on the north side is great; food is always fresh and prepared properly, and fast. They have , only once, made a misteak on my order, but the way they dealt with it made the difference between them and the other stores huge, and grand; they very pleasantly fixed it without making me, or rather straight up telling me it was my fault. Keep up the good work, I will go out of my way to come to you for my McKie D's fix!

The food is delicious even though it it's insanely bad for your body. As a matter of fact i think I'm getting ready to have a stroke. I gave it five stars because there were 2 cute little squirrels at the window looking for fry hand outs.

Fast and friendly, mistake made on the sweetener in the coffee, was rectify without issue, very kind staff, clean facilities, and ample parking with a large box truck. Would recommend.

Honestly perhaps the best McDonald's food that I have had in years! I have not liked their fries for years because most of time you get undercooked, soggy fries coated in a heavy layer of salt that you must eat first because when the fries get cold they lose all taste. The fries I had here were fully cooked, had a slight crunch, golden and hot with the right amount of salt! The double quarter pounder was just as perfect, cooked perfect, and perhaps using beef that is never frozen may of helped, but also the right amount of onions, ketchup and mustard made for a perfect meal all served and prepared by wonderful employee's!

I did not go here, Google has sent me this over 10 times... So I'm replying to get rid of their request! Since Google won't. When I've gone there before they have been great. Great people and fast!

I'm giving it 5 starts for service and cleanliness other then that it's McDonald's lol.

Good McDonald's food, and their workers were very friendly, and seemed happy. That alone makes me want to eat there again, even though I am not a big fast food kind of guy
