Hilton Garden Inn Casper

We were very impressed with this hotel and it was very comfortable. Staff were always kind and helpful. We got a handicapped room and it was really big and nice. The hotel is a bit outdated like other reviews mention and the carpet was stained but other than that, we were happy. Also the best water pressure of any hotel I've stayed at!

Room and hotel were clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The location is good although there is street work being done on I 25 through town which makes access not the best at the moment. (as of 12/06/2023)

Wow, this hotel is a large step above the norm. The rooms are clean, the beds are good, shower (water pressure) is not wimpy. Location is just overal above average. There’s food nearby, it’d a good spot,
The real difference here though is their people. Lindsay at the front desk was so helpful, her attitude was so welcomed after 2 long days of driving and a slightly less welcoming atmosphere at another hotel in a very large city, I just have to congratulate Hilton Garden Inn Casper for employing a person who not only knows good customer service, but demonstrates it flawlessly in demeanor and attitude. The breakfast is a little expensive, but many of Hilton’s properties have gone this route. I don’t fault them, we had breakfast offsite.
The staff at this place make the difference. I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden in Casper was phenomenal. The staff, from the housekeeping folks to the ladies in the restaurant to the front desk people, have been some of the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet. The room and the entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Our bed was the most comfortable and the first time in weeks that my wife and I slept a solid 9-hours.

The breakfast was also phenomenal. The best we have had at any hotel/motel. I understand you need to pay $9 for the breakfast buffet but we both got a complimentary breakfast. It’s well worth the fee. The muffins were freshly made on the premises. We also loved all of the delicious options. Fresh fruit and juices. French toast is made at request.

Fabulous front desk staff, comfortable spacious clean rooms, easy to get to convenient location. Definitely top of my list while traveling.

Warm, quiet comfortable with everything you need. Check-in was a breeze with the friendly staff. Everything was 5 stars!

This hotel is of exceptional value. The hotel and rooms are nice and modern. Lots of parking. Close to a lot of local dining. The kitchen is very on point for breakfast. I had the special green chilli omelet and they made the green chilli the same morning. My waitress was over the top on service. Nice bar to chill in after a drive. It's located on the north end of Casper, so close to local spots. All the chain grub is on the far south end of Casper. Consider what you want.

Our room had no power after going out to dinner. The front desk was so accommodating, and moved our room with no questions asked. We moved right next door, we hadn't even unpacked yet. They double checked we were happy with our room, in the morning they had comped our room! This hotel knows how to take care of guests! All the staff was wonderful! The housekeeping staff does an amazing job with their cleaning! All encounters with staff was wonderful, and this will absolutely be our go to hotel for everything Casper!

We came to the Hilton, after a week of camping with a baby. Hoping for a pleasant night of sleep and a pool to cool off and relax. Gratefully we got just that! The hotel staff were helpful. Lindsay out server was fantastic and friendly. They helped me figure out food options with my allergies. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful in figuring out things for baby. Overall, clean, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Would come again!

The night auditor on our trip was more than fantastic. I came here during a huge snow storm. I was trying to get my son to job corp. My navigation took me on a crazy route and we were stuck in a massive snow drift for hours. It was scary. The people who dug us out were so rude and just mean actually. It was a day that I will never forget. The night auditor was so refreshing and kind. When we finally got here I was at a point of wanting to give up. She said all the right things at the right time. All day we felt foreign and ridiculed for our mistake. But this auditor changed that. She is a good and caring person. She talked about how proud she is to work for this company. I happen to also work for a different hotel myself. And my opinion now is the same I hold for the hotel I work for. I feel you want your guests to feel at home when they are away from home. A safe haven. And your hotel at the end of my horrible day was that. Thank you for all you do! Have a wonderful day!

Kelsey was absolutely amazing at helping us in every area.. she was fast and beyond polite.. the rooms were clean, the place was kid friendly and it was nice and quiet..

Outstanding customer care. Room was clean and attractive. Wait staff in breakfast area were solicitous and helpful. Front desk manager, Lisa, very experienced and knowledgeable. Property is getting a little rough around the edges but I’m told it’s due for a major remodel.

I had an amazing 3 day stay at the hotel. Kelsey was very accommodating after my flight was delayed and plans changed. Randa in the restaurant provided top notch service as well.

Super nice staff on every shift, was there on Thanksgiving Day and they offered a boxed thanksgiving dinner!
