Maurya Indian Restaurant , Issaquah

I recently visited the Maurya Indian Restaurant for a quick bite, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant is conveniently located inside the store, which adds to its accessibility.

We opted for the Chole Bhatura, and it was promptly served to us. The food itself was quite delicious, leaving us satisfied with our choice. The store is impressively organized, offering a wide selection of Indian cuisine, and I particularly appreciated the availability of freshly made South Indian dosas.

I would recommend Maurya Indian Restaurant for a quick bite, especially if you're looking for a flavorful and speedy meal. However, it might not be the ideal choice for those seeking an elaborate dining experience. Overall, a solid option for a casual, tasty meal

Dropped in for some evening snacks. But instantly fell in love with this place when they offered a complimentary Rasam (equivalent of tomato soup). The Rasam was a perfect compliment for the cold weather outside :)

Tried tea, coffee and gobi 65. All of them were very good.

Service was outstanding! Ambience is too good too.

Delicious dosas, taste is just like in India. We also ordered the biryani. Nice view by the river, tables were a little dirty but can't complain, the food is delicious. Ask about spice levels if you can't eat too spicy!

The restaurant is located inside a grocery store.
Their tea is amazing, a must try. I'm a tea connoisseur, take my word for it.
I had a tomato onion chilli uttapam, huge size, very well made, chutney was delicious, sambar was just fine.
We reached just when they were going to close for the afternoon break, but they were nice to accommodate us and take our order.
They also have filter coffee that is made on order, unlike the tea that is prepared and kept in a thermos. I didn't try the coffee but going by the awesome tea, I'm sure coffee would be great too.

A friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed. It’s a little gem tucked away in the back of the grocery store. We had samosas, the butter paneer, and garlic naan. It was all delicious!

Once I discovered this lovely little restaurant by a stream of water, I had lunch two times in a row in the same week. This restaurant is that good. I have tried their idliii sambar, masala dosa, mutton biryani and andhra egg curry. They were all authentic and delicious!! The staff is also very polite and professional. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have the softest idlis ever !!!

Looks are deceiving! This little cafe inside a grocery store has the best south Indian breakfast in the entire area! Don't miss their ghee podi idli if you like idli. Dosas are good too. Chicken and Egg puffs too are delicious!

This place has a restaurant, a food take away point and an Indian grocery store ...all bundled up in one place. You get almost all the Indian spices and vegetables here. You will definitely not miss India....a big thank you to the Maurya's.... keep up your good work..

This is both a restaurant and a grocery, they specialize in Indian food and items, this place is incredibly affordable, and has a great variety of a number of items. If you're looking for authentic, I don't think you can do better than this. The restaurant itself is also awesome, great food, and the chutneys are awesome!

The atmosphere could be better, but that's how you know this food is going to be AMAZING!!!! Seriously this is the best Indian food closets to Seattle. Anything you get in Seattle or Bellevue pales in comparison

This is a very good place for indian vegetables, you will get a good variety of fresh vegetables and they keep stock of all the indian groceries

Mostly a grocery store, but some cafeteria like food in the back as well. Includes fresh food: veggies etc..

My go to place for indian groceries. Very reasonable price compared to other Indian stores around the area.
