Chili's Grill & Bar

Been a few years since I've eaten at Chili's. Friends and I decided to swing by and burn up a couple gift cards and grab a bite. Hope was our waitress, and was AMAZING at her job. Kept her distance during the meal, and was very attentive to what was going on at the table from afar. Had a slight issue with one of the entree's but was taken care of immediately and for the mix up, comped our apps. Wasn't necessary to do, but good on them!
Our experience was so good, we pulled the manager aside, and told him what a great experience we had and what a great server we were given. The bill was $28, after gift cards and comps, so we tipped her out at 150%. We were gonna spend it anyway, why not put it where it belongs... In someone's hands that puts in the effort, and deserves it! Thanks Hope. We will be back again!

We have been to this location before, and I always loved the service. People are very friendly and the food is not bad than all. This time, I had the cilantro lime carne asada, and that was not a good choice. After some hours, I regret eating it. Lexi was very friendly! The restaurant was nice and clean.

Came in for a girls lunch on a day off and had a nice time. Margarita was delicious (but a bit on the pricey side). Food was all delicious, hot. Of course the chips…yum! Good food, good service!

Came to chilis for dinner tonight, and it was Amazing! Had a server named Vahn who was very observant and polite. The food was hot, and came out as soon as we Finished our appetizers which I was happy about. The food was so incredibly good and so were the drinks. I had the steak with loaded mashed potatoes, my sister had Ribs w/chicken strips and sides, my husband had the same thing as her and daughter had a kids meal. Probably the best experience we’ve had at chilis.✨

Went with my sister and mom for lunch, and we all got the drink, app, and entree deal, and it was all good! I had the loaded potato soup, and my sister had the chips and salsa (chips with the soup made a weirdly great combo). I would definitely recommend!

Service SUCKS With a Capitol Letter. Waited Entirely too long to be seated. The food wasn't bad, but the service really left a lot to be desired..

It was a very good meal, pleasant atmosphere and menu prices were much more reasonable than some of the inflated prices of other restaurants.

I usually get the fajitas and for some reason this time it felt like the meat was more processed and it was peppered didn't taste quite right and when we went to sit down it was me and my friend and the guy sitting us down asked with the table was going to be big enough for all of our food. I'm a fat person. She told him just to go away. She's skinny so I'm used to it

Joshua is a great waiter, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The drinks are very good as well.

Good food. Reasonable prices. Personally find the menu a little slim, choice wise, but food quality was very good.

Bartender was super attentive! Food was & drinks were very tasty! I had the Chicky Chicky Bleu Sandwich with steamed broccoli (healthier food choice option to fries) & hubby had the triple appetizer with Big Bites, honey-chipotle glazed chicken & eggrolls. The honey-chipotle chicken was yummy but spicy enough that my hubby needed a full beer to help wash it down ;)

I always have a great experience at Chilli's, no matter location. Server was excellent and attentive. He had a great attitude 😁

Hope was our waitress, super friendly and the brisket burger ,I added bacon, was absolutely delicious!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Can’t beat their 2 person meal! I love meeting friends here for dinner or a drink. Delavan is a good centralized location for a lot of our friends and family. We average about once a month here.

Food is great. Blake the bartender is a asset to you guys! Top notch!

Had the Three for me special that was excellent!! Waitress was very friendly and attentive!! Great value for the money! Price included an appetizer, drink and a sandwich!! Excellent job!!

We've eaten out here twice at the Janesville location, once to go and once inside. Both times were busy and the staff were all bubbly and wonderful! The food was hot and tasted delicious. The service was excellent and server was attentive. Get the Nachos appetizer, the chips are always crunchy even though they're loaded down with toppings. Will definitely be coming back. So glad we don't have to go to Madison for good Texas Mex anymore!

Some of the staff are a little green, But they just opened so that’s to be expected. Overall they did a much better job than other new restaurants I have been to.

On Monday my sister and I left work early to have a margarita, my son joined us. We got there pretty early, the restaurant was filling up quickly for the dinner rush. We were greeted and quickly seated. Our wonderful server came to us and let us know she was the only one there and had a few more tables to greet. Absolutely loved the communication! Even tho
She was running around, she still managed to promptly take our orders and come check on us. The food, oh my goodness, the food was soo good. I feel like it’s touch n go with Chilis, but I’m happy I came this Monday night. I don’t know who the chefs were, our food came out fresh and hot. Presentation was amazing. For being as busy as they were (prob had mobile orders as well), they still took care of us!! I wish I remembered my servers name, she had an arm sleeve! Shout out to her!! Delevan Chilis will be the only one I visit from now on!!
