Went to the Maurice's in Delavan today. You cannot find customer service like this anymore. In fact you're lucky to get a hello from retail associates these days, but not here! Bree is a gem! Her retail skills are amazing. Even though I could not find what I was looking for today, she went above and beyond to help me try. Very pleased with the service here... highly recommend 👌 Give that girl a raise!

So there's this employee, her name is savanna. She is absolutely great at what she does. You go in there, Just describe your female companion to her, and she will be able to pick out a nice outfit.

Amazing shopping experience. Karli was the best! We informed her we were on our lunch break and she jumped into action. We never had to hold an item as she constantly took them off our hands and kept them ready to check out. She was right there checking sizing and providing suggestions on what we were looking for. I felt like a celebrity the way she treated us.

The ladies here are amazing. The manager does a great job with training. The customer service is fantastic. I have a local Maurices, but I drive to Delavan because of the service. They treat you with respect, make you feel special and like you are the most important person there. The store is clean and organized.

I'm a man and that is a great place for women and girls of teenagers to get clothes. My daughter and wife feel safe and comfortable there ,the prices for quality cloths is just right

I'm not one that usually writes reviews but I went to this store yesterday and I had such a great shopping experience I'm still thinking about it today! The lady working was the nicest most helpful person ever. Very knowledgeable and honest about each item I asked about. She made me feel very comfortable and I could tell how important it was to her to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent experience the mother daughter dual is priceless, extremely helpful with holidays no pressure . The sales world could take a lesson from these two ladies huge thumbs up

Love, love, love this store! I'm never disappointed, I always find nice outfits, and the staff are so nice and helpful! I love the fact they want to see you in the clothes you try on and give you tips. I bought clothes I never thought I would have thanks to their eye and help!
