Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

There is plenty of parking, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was above average for the price of the room. I didn't get an opportunity to test the wifi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside is the carpet in the room and hallway had some paint stains from a prior remodeling but that doesn't bother me given how affordable the room was.

I had to book this hotel last minute since my flight got delayed to the next morning. I called and they said that I would need to pay and officially book the room at the hotel so they called their shuttle to come pick me up and I was able to do payment and check-in at the hotel. The room I got was clean and smelled nice. The staff were all very polite and helpful and the breakfast had lots of options. I left on their shuttle the next morning and it came exactly when I had scheduled it. Would totally stay here again!

The hallways smelled good and clean..the eating area was clean..food and coffee fresh. Lots of breakfast options. There's a Perkins Restaurant behind it. It's out of the way. Quiet. Nice pool and it's a comfortable stay. I enjoyed my visit. Staff were awesome. I'm definitely going to stay again

Pleasant Surprise during forced overnight due to delay at SLC airport. Very comfortable, excellent service, clean, great shower, bed & breakfast! Room well equipped and window even opened! Ac unit quiet and upgraded with wall thermostat. Pillows were just right. We found good Indian restaurant just a block away. Free shuttle to airport! Old building but well maintained and managed. Would definitely stay again!

FANTASTIC! You absolutely can't beat the service here. Ok, overall, the hotel itself is a little dated but cozy to those that aren't the snooty type. And they definitely work hard, go above and beyond to try to make it your best stay possible.

We've stayed here multiple times! The rooms are always clean and the beds are decent, and we always enjoy the hot tub! There is a design flaw in how the door opens into the bathroom, but otherwise we'll continue to stay here

Convenient to airport, but not too far to downtown SLC. It had everything I needed and more. They even stocked the Pharmacopia Citrus shampoo and related products, plus the room had microwave and fridge. The thing I really needed after the long flight was some of the gift shop snacks, which was an unexpected bonus. (My family stayed at a fancier hotel downtown and my sister was complaining about the lack of snack food access when she woke up on Eastern Time and was hungry). The breakfast food is not half bad either.

We stayed here 1 night before our 530am flight the next morning. Everything about checkin and our shuttle was perfect. The room was great and our bed was amazing. They do serve a breakfast the next morning but because of an early flight it didn't work out. The lady at the front desk Salmaja(?) in the morning was amazing. She actually made us some fresh coffee and set out some muffins for us at 330am. What a pleasure! I would stay here again! All positive reviews from us!

Small hotel near the airport. Very nice, friendly employees. Clean. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed two nights.After the 1st on our way out we asked room service to straighten the room up. Well she did an awesome and went above and beyond. I was very impressed, was room 105 on the 26th, hopefully this finds it's way back to her.

I had to stay overnight in Salt Lake two days before Christmas. I was worried about not being able to get a room at all. I called Best Western first and they were able to accommodate me and had a shuttle from the airport immediately. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is clean, the service is good, and the Continental breakfast is just beautiful! Highly recommend 10 / 10!

Great place to stay when traveling. Close to the airport but no excessive noise. Good towels and good beds. Staff is ver nice and helpful. Restaurant nearby.

Was a good place to stay for an appt at Huntsman, easy on/off the freeway and right to downtown.
Rooms comfortable and cool, which I appreciate. Comforters were warm. TVs a bit small, but ok. Our room must have been updated recently, I saw no evidence of the problems listed below in our room!!
Nice breakfast! Waffles, eggs, bagels, juice all constantly being refilled with fresh hot items.
Will definitely return!! Recommend!!

Great stay for price. Clean, polite staff, comfortable

There is free parking. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast was great, they had a variety of things to choose from. Yogurt, cereal, omelets, waffles, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, granola, PB & J, fruit…etc. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was great but a little cold as it was indoors. The location is away from crowded towns which is nice. Only downside of that was that we had to travel 5-10 minutes in order to find food or go to the store. However, there was a gas station around the corner which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!!!

I stayed here a few nights ago. The hotel was very nice, room was super clean everything is up to date. The lobby is very clean as well. The clerk who checked us in her name was Bansari she was very professional, very outgoing and definitely good at her job. She is the best asset this hotel has. We will definitely stay again.
Just one thing we did not like the chairs in the breakfast are very low.

The front desk person was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and accommodating. I was impressed with how clean the rooms and the property was. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. We had a quick meeting here and everything went very nicely. I highly recommend this establishment.
