The owner is very thorough and not in a big hurry to get in and out. He thoroughly explains what is going on with bugs/ pests, etc. And the chemicals he uses do not smell harsh like you are breathing in carcinogens at that moment! He uses pet friendly chemicals which is highly appreciated. We will continue to use this service. We had THE WORST Elm Seed bug infestation the past two years and they were eradicated very quickly after the owner sprayed. What a relief! 👏

I appreciate how professional Keith is. I was having issues with Elm Seed Bugs. He came over and sprayed the exterior of the house and the interior of the house. It made a world of difference. I can now step into my backyard without a large number of elm seed bugs flying on me and my toddler. The spray is safe for pets and kids.

Have you ever used pest control and you felt uncomfortable and weren't 100 percent certain if you can rely on them. Well I honestly can say that this company made me feel way comfortable in my home didn't make me feel like I'm the guest. My husband spyed on him through our cameras and he loved our well he converted the outside and inside of our home. He was great with our animals and acted so professional at the same time. He took care of my nose embatement and made sure our home was well protected. Thank you so much. (FYI I have never met anyone at this company till now. I called Keith yesterday and he was able to come out the next day. I had a Yellowjacket problem that needed to be dealt with. He got rid of the nest and treated for any other problems they may have caused. During his inspection he found two other problems that I did not realize I had and fixed those with giving solutions on how to deal with them. I will be calling him again if I have any other issues very professional work.

We were attempting to go on a mini vacay over the weekend and the previous weeks had noticed a LARGE influx of yellow jackets. We thought maybe it was a "Tis the Season" type scenario not being from Utah and being in a new home to us and figured they'd eventually move along! Until they started popping up inside my house (Im severely allergic) oh! And building a nest on the side of an unusable dog door near my back door and stinging my poor puppers! Those 2 things were clinchers. Got on Yelp and messaged a buncha places and Keith was first to answer me back late at night and schedule me for next day.

He was so courteous and called me to see if he could come earlier than my appointed time and he certainly knew his stuff! He was on time, fully prepared, he goes above and beyond, guarantees his work, was insanely knowledgeable on the angry little things, super SUPER nice and effectively communicated- plus he was the knight in shining bee suit armour! I guess apparently the issue was much worse than I thought and there was a pretty gnarly infestation going on that had originated from my neighbours. We had to ask their permission to spray there (thank goodness they allowed it) and it was pretty nice and quiet for the next day until we left! No more spicy sky raisins (and yes- my one big dog is an idiot and she snaps at them resulting in getting stung 🙄😂).

We got home yesterday to find that the yellow jackets were attempting a coup d'etate while I was gone- IN MY MASTER BATHROOM. So we called Keith to come check and mate the little usurpers. He was back here by 4PM showing them again who's Boss! So SO thankful for him! We will NEVER call anyone else ever again and will be setting up a regular pest schedule with Bug Boss. Has been the best experience with a pest company I've ever had (even better than when we lived in another state and had a scorpion issue) because of how thoroughly he communicates and how quick he is to come take care of your issue. Nice, nice dude and will have us until the day comes we ever have to move again!

Very professional young entrepreneur doing a thorough extermination job on site with a very honest likable personality. I don't know pricing and scheduling since my landlord arranged BugBoss for bed bug problem in downtown Salt Lake City apartment. Once he treated my apartment the first time, bed bugs were immediately shut down and then he treated again today as follow up so I probably won't have a problem for a very long time to come. In urban high density areas with lots of foot traffic and people living side by side and on top of one another with transient room mates coming and going all the time, parasitic bed bugs inflicting itchy red bites regularly show up looking for you to be their host. BugBoss is honest, knowledgeable, and does a thorough effective job at eliminating the pests. He's a real entomologist that fully understands how bugs of many varieties work.
