This was my first time at Dickey's. I had the beef brisket sandwich. It was excellent. Pecan pie rounded out the the dinner. I lived in Texas for eight years. Dickey's was as good as it is in Texas. There is no air conditioning so take-out is better.

Delicious in every way! The pulled pork Sandwich has enough meat for two sandwiches, and the bun was super fresh. Three types of bbq sauce are: original, sweet and spicy. They have great sides also. But, you have to try the fried okra. It's a traditional southern dish that can't be beat. For desert, put some of the soft serve vanilla ice cream in your big yellow cup, top off with root beer and enjoy your float.

I love the food expecially the fried Okra, which I can't find anywhere. Free ice cream and yellow cups are nice. My whole family doesn't like it though idk why.
