Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially enjoyed the large hot tub! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot breakfast both mornings of our stay. The breakfast attendant did a great job keeping up with the hungry and thirsty crowd. Our only negative was that, while the room doors are heavy, they do not buffer the sounds/ voices from people walking by in the hallway- we could hear everything people said as they walked down the hall and sometimes it woke us up during the night / early morning.

My family of at least 30 and I stayed here for two nights this past weekend for my sisters wedding. I cannot say enough about the staff and the service we received. They were extremely accommodating and hospitable towards such a large group. Thank you to the front desk, manager and house keeping.

We had an excellent experience! Rooms clean and smell fresh, pillows were comfortable and not flat wafers, the food was great, the staff smiling and friendly, the pool and hot tub area were freshly redone and wonderful, name brand Dove soap throughout in the room, fresh coffee pods in the room, good size newer tvs and appliances. We could not have had a better time. We will definitely choose only this Holiday Inn when we travel to visit family in Massachusetts.

Good people ok breakfast. They burn EVERYTHING but most people like burnt food. I'm the odd one out on that. But I seriously don't like bacon that crumbles into bits. Again that's just me. Rooms are good, but the people here are what makes the stay worth the money. They will do their best to assist.

I've stayed here several times on mini vacations with my two grandsons. This last time there was a mishap over the room I booked. Although I was, at the time, convinced it wasn't my fault, I later realized I was 100% in the wrong. The manager was still above and beyond the best! He was so polite and went out of his way to make sure my grandsons and I had another awesome mini vacation! I highly recommend this place to those who are just passing through Milford, and to those who live local and are just looking for a clean, comfortable place to spend the night while enjoying the pool, hot tub, and awesome breakfast!

Staff here was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was pretty good! Room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were impeccable. Would not only stay here again but also suggest this hotel to others.

It is a very clean and organized hotel. Breakfast was great, staff was very helpful. Not a close location to visit Boston.

Had a lovely stay! Rooms were very nice for the price. I felt safe here unlike some of the hotels in the surrounding areas and safety is big for me. Staff were polite and friendly. Great location! Next to a Best Buy and some stores. Also a short drive from the train station if you need to take the commuter into Boston.

This hotel has all the amenities you need to relax for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options. The bed and pillows are comfortable also very clean hotel. I’ll definitely come back. I loved it my stay.

I did not stay at this hotel, although I did assistance from the front desk concierge. A woman named Jamie was able to assist with all questions and concerns. She handled my particular situation with such great hospitality. She listened carefully to concerns and was so professional. This employee went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I’m writing this review to promote the excellent customer service I received and hope she is recognized as a valued asset.

Great location near target, Best Buy, staples and some restaurants.
Rooms were clean and a decent size. Complimentary breakfast as well with a large selection of options

As always i enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed with them for over a month while in town for business. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful and the property was clean and tidy. The location was great. The breakfast was what was expected; what do you want for included in the cost? The pool was clean. Definitely will be staying there again when in town.

Extremely accommodating staff, better breakfast than most hotels, comfy beds, there are many shops/restaurants/activities nearby, and the pool is great! Had no problem with the very last minute reservation I made for my family due to another hotel not working out. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again next time that I'm in the area.

Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and even thought it was busy it felt like everyone was getting the attention and care that we all deserve Kudos to the manager and staff !

Fantastic place to stay. Great staff, bit room, very clean, bed was awesome. Beautiful LG tv. , Keurig coffee maker, fridge. Microwave, iron and ironing bits. Hair dryer. Loved my stay there. I joined as a member if Holiday Inn Express.
You will be glad you stayed there.
