Adrian was very knowledgeable and helpful and asked what we wanted. He wasn't selling anything but giving us options for us to decide which fitted our needs. I would recommend Adrian to anyone l know. He was extremely helpful and gave us a pleasant experience.

We needed a new bed and after our previous positive experience decided to use this Mattress Firm again. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our salesman, Kevin talked to us about what we were looking for and took us through a number of models. The loveliest part was we never felt he was pressuring us into a higher end model. He really took us through everything and listened to what we wanted. Great experience. We’ll be back!

Me and my wife drove by the store to buy set of Mattress at Franklin location, we have always purchased at the store it had a very smooth and easy transaction, but this time around, I found scams and dishonesty by store manager Hans that made so many promises and nothing really set and done, wasted 4 hrs at the store on a Sunday with my family and kids. Nevertheless I brought my friend to buy the mattress as well and tested out the mattress and when she got at home it wasn’t the same of the one she wanted, nevertheless tho mattress was sinking . Upset, frustrated with transactions I went to another location at Mattress Firm at Milford location for another purchase and was greeted by the salesman Luis. He was extremely informative and help us find the right mattress and answer our questions and anxiety from previous purchases from another location as I was venting the previous day experiencing that I had with another location, the store manager Adrian quickly stepped in, to check in my previous purchases and after looking over my previous purchases he provided the piece of mind that I had choose the 2 set of queen mattress that was a very good quality. I want to give the kudos to the store manager, Adrian and salesman Luis for the top notch customer service and needless to say we felt very confident about it leaving thanks to him and his team not only because of the honesty but the transparency at every step of the way. I’ll be coming back soon for another purchases and will send many other friends request to always shop and ask for Adrian and Luis that makes a better place to be when you need a mattress and honest, genuine advice to choose the right one. Sincerely appreciate it!

Sales person was great. They were patient, not pushy and worked to get me multiple discounts on the mattress as well as a discount on a pillow!

I went into the Milford Store and Adrian came right over to help. I explained that I needed new mattress protectors since the ones that I purchased with my split king set had fallen apart. He helped me and because I was a repeat and loyal customer, and offered to replace them at no charge. This company is wonderful and stands behind their products!

Went looking for an adjustable frame for my Purple bed. Did not know that Purple was now distributing their products through Mattress Firm.
Met David and he was terrific. Explained what I was looking for and he not only educated me on the value of the adjustable I was interested in he took the time to educate me on the other options that were available to me.
I am looking forward to this Wednesday when they will be delivering and setting up my bed with a new adjustable frame.
