Remember you're on probation because of what you have done and if you take it serious and do the right thing you will get through it. Will be leaving a lot more next time I post a review.

Judge was fair prosecutors where lousy

Brenda Parish (tax collector) lied to 911, false police report. Her and the constable violated numerous Constitutional Rights when they are supposed to uphold for the citizens that they serve.

0 stars but not possible. The irreverent court magistracy was more than 2 hours late, (no apology for being late) , no ounce of sympathy and already determining me speeding when I was driving the pace of traffic and the was estimated. The representative officer was snarky, pretentious obviously siding with his police officer counterpart (not understanding) and be careful when driving toward Springfield for Bastardo (quite frankly sounds likes it is). They had the decision had made up their mind before the court session even began. . i advise people drive and operate with waze at all times.

First off. When directed. We head to the Clerks Office. While waiting, they direct us to Probation. (Legit Right Next Door, Cubicle Status Folks) So we leave. Walk into the next door. No one is there is assist. I ask Clerks office for assistance. They tell me it’s not their department. All the while WE SHOULD BE IN COURT! I can tell you, we didn’t get any help from the offices within this court house we did receive great assistance and much help from guards at the front door. Thankfully!

Very corrupt..from the clerks office to the DA,to judge McCarthy whom is aware of this continuing corruption,which makes her complicit. Very,very corrupt and none of the 3 have any fear of consequences. They actually laugh at the possible consequences,cause McCarthy would have to incriminate herself, to cast punishments on the other 2

Anyone else have a trial going on for over 4&1/2 years after arraignment, 3 jury trials(prior covid) in which court canceled?anyone else have missing documents in clerks office,false statements knowingly and willingly made by sitting clerk to judges,& the withholding of evidence by DA of over 3 years of WPD false statements as well the withholding of evidence in a false police report and criminal complaint to create a false narrative to arrest,& to conspire to extort $10,000 and the none payment of goods recieved??anyone else have DA sitting on Defenses full discovery for over 3 years??In January chief justice McCarthy was motioned for dismissal in court rm1(in which she told me to go outside court room with DA to make an agreement (a false plea after being shaken down which i refused once again after multiple attempts)and same motion was recorded into clerks office prior and with the DA. As of today sept. 25,2021 there has been no written or verbal response by McCarthy. May 2021 @ my est.20th hearing,YES MY EST. 20TH HEARING, judge brown told me to refile motions with clerks office for judge McCarthy and the dismissal in which I did prior and did again after and then handed identical documents to the DA in front of judge brown in court rm1. Sept 22. 2021 went to court rm1 for ruling on motions. Arrived at 830am in which I gave DA copies of dismissal documents once again.unkown judge had me sit in the court room till 12:30..court room was emptied entirely of the public, all attorneys were gone.recording device presumably off, the people present were 2 bailiffs(1 which i know outside the courthouse)2 clerks(the one clerk,sitting to judges left hand side, who was tampering with documents and stated and was recorded he'd do it again to jail me without bail)the DA(whom has been sitting on evidence of false statements in which WPD contradicts their allegations and the withholding of police evidence from a contradicting officers documents),the unknown judge and myself..Unkown Judge stated he would review the motions for dismissal(third judge that has stated that in less than a year)for the violations of my rights, and the violations of Massachusetts court protocols..all present knew at that moment nothing was being reviewed, and documents were to be shredded(presumably)like all the other motions and petitions recorded in and photographed recorded in for evidence. it took all of my patience not to lose my mind at that moment.court officials were aware,and court officials all got a good laugh once again when unknown judge stated he'd mail ruling to false address again which resulted in my knowingly and willingly wrongful arrest prior,(this happened nov2020 when clerk tampered with court documents and made probation documents entirely disappear after 4 years of same documentation recorded)knowingly and willingly ordering wrongful arrest and wrongful imprisonmen & obstructing justice...nothing I've stated here is false or exaggerated..I have a paper trail for almost 5 years long..my ignorance was believing the wheels of justice was taking time, now I believe I've been apart of E.brookfield court knowingly and willingly obstructing justice(by the DA dragging this out for 4&1/2years+ to protect the WPD officer from evidence of false statements and withholding evidence,As years passed i believe the DA asked clerk to tamper and destroy documentation to protect her, then to judge McCarthy when brought to her attention by recorded documentation into the clerks office and by certified mail to herself and the clerks office ignoring petitions to investigate clerks documented behavior of obstruction and the motions to Dismiss and change of venue for this obstruction.)to protect WPD from the evidence once again of WPD knowingly and willingly filing false police reports & filing false criminal complaints to create a false narrative, to falsely arrest and wrongfully imprison individuals for personal reasons in which WPD has a documented history of this behavior!!!.if this isn't Dereliction of Duty,Obstruction &Corruption then what is????

Clerk office staff was incredibly rude, I think was there to take a payment and they couldn't have been more off putting. When your security is the only people to show respect it's a poor showing of Massachusetts hospitality. If I never come back here it will be too soon

You cant take ordinary men and make gods out of them by making decisions on peoples lives.In America thats how we do it. Spoiled rotton colege kids get their law degrees and end up telling us how long, what to do and when to do it.

The courthouse in Spencer Mass is a joke it's an old school house you sit in the top floor hallway sweating with no air conditioning for over 3 hours

As of trying to reach my daughter's attorney who does not return calls call the clerk's office they don't want to answer their phone call probation for some help they don't want to help you they just hang up as your child's afraid she's going to get a warrant because she can't attend court due to she has covid but nobody wants to help this court house is a joke I'm glad you all get and paid not to do your job

Complete joke McCarthy is biased and the rest of this court system is trash, they love junkies but hate every other person who goes there
