Staff remembers your name. Always helpful. Never too busy for a question. Pharmacy even remembers my name. Pizza shop wonderful. Every department gives the extra time. Just talking to a friend who said he only buys meat and seafood there because he knows it is fresh. Thank you Spencer for always having a nice experience shopping

I love their fresh fruit varieties. Their meat and produce are fresh and delicious. It is a little more pricy but the price is totally worth it.

I go here 90% of the time for the sushi. Their sushi is amazing and fresh. So satisfying.

The customer service staff at the big Y are super kind, quick, and helpful. I will be shopping here instead of other grocery stores.

It is super clean inside and outside the store.

Friendly service, huge selection, and all at reasonable prices. They also have what I believe to be the best pizza around.

Management and employee's are all so friendly and courteous and helpful. Always seem to have everything in stock and wide variety of items.

Big Y is a great store. I love the way the produce is presented and it's actually awesome and such a wide variety. Nice selection of Cheeses and Stone Wall products. I love the soup and chicken carry out stations. The meat department is like a butcher shop. The bakery bread area is not only fun to browse, it’s always fresh. The takeout pizza and grinders are phenomenal, so check it out for your next get together. The staff have always been pleasant and ready to help. Parking is great but I would like to see a carriage return station, walk it back, good exercise but it would benefit older shoppers and curb the runaway carriages.

Always have a great selection of products and the self-checkout is fast and easy!

Big y is a staple supermarket for a lot of the small towns surrounding it. They have almost everything you need for food and vegan options.

I had an amazing experience with Hannah at customer service. She took the time out of her busy day to help me find everything I was looking for and was extremely polite! Can’t say how much I appreciate this and I will now be a Big Y customer for life. Thanks Hannah the recipe came out great. Wish there was more employees like Hannah out there that genuinely care about the customer. Thank you!!!!!!

This was my first time ever in a Big Y. I’ve always strictly been a S&S customer. Well, Big Y can count on me being a customer for life! Everything is displayed in an eye-catching way, yet it is organized and groupings make sense.

The prices! I had *good* sticker shock!

My experience with the butcher was very pleasant and I love the assorted pre-seasoned and marinated meats. The man in front of me bought a huge rib eye and I was envious! It’s on my list for next time!

The whole experience from cart to cart was positive. Well done!

They have the best pizza and best produce around. I accidentally hit an end display of soda causing a few glass bottles to fall and break all over the floor. The employee's were very kind about it and quickly cleaned up my mortifying failure.

I love the wide variety of produce, groceries, seafood, and meats in the butcher area.
Most stores are usually out of item item I want whenever I go shopping.
I have not had that problem so far at Big Y.
Have actually stopped shopping at some other stores because of that problem and shopping more at this Big Y

Went in looking for fried chicken and they had it. That made me happy. No one pays attention anymore and has items out like they used to. Thank you for being the ones that did. I had gone to three different stores

My favorite grocery store. Excellent staff in all departments. Wonderful selections in the bakery and deli. Their produce is always great quality! Additionally, top-notch COVID precautions at the height of the epidemic, which was impressive in my opinion as a Microbiologist.

I recently placed an order with Big Y seafood Dept after a bad experience with my local fish monger. Janet was wonderful. From the first phone call to order pickup, she was super helpful in guiding me to whatever I needed to make my Christmas Eve dinner amazing. The fish was fresh and tasty & I will be going to Big Y from now on for whatever I need. Thank you Janet.

Very nice nest store. Clean well lit shelves stocked and produce was great. Plenty of employees working on replenishing or cleaning and they are happy to direct you to your item. Checkout was quick and cost well in line for the quality you take home in your bags.

My son his, gf and I were in town to visit Klems for fun and figured we'd pick up some lunch. Went to Big Y the staff were fast and friendly we choose some fresh sushi packs. Prices were great, They were great. Lots to choose from. Had some nice glass bottled drinks. What good flavors we had.

My first time at Big Y was a bit overwhelming. I just didn't know the lay out of the store. Once i was able to get a feel of the store so to speak, things went smoothly. On this visit, I admired how clean the store was, given the amount of shoppers were there. The prices were comparable to the location, and the staff was patient, kind, & quite helpful. I have since been to this store numerous times. I dont live in the area. I come to this store to stock up on what ill be needing for my visit.

the store is always organized and clean-looking. The store employees are always available to assist. I've used all departments including Bakery the pizza Department, meat department and seafood everybody is absolutely at their best and the shelves seem to be stocked well. The management at the Spencer location must do a fantastic job for everything to be in such order
