We had a great car shopping experience. We already knew which vehicle we wanted to test drive and were able to do that and examine the vehicle at our leisure. We ended up buying a different vehicle that we hadn't seen online. You can test drive and examine as many cars as you need. There is no salesman breathing down your neck or pressuring into buying. It is all up to the customer, what you want to see, how much you are willing to spend, etc. The agents at the very comfortable and nicely air conditioned office will do all the "paperwork" and in our case, Jason spoke to our bank rep and insurance agent to get and give them the needed information. We arrived at 3:30 pm and finished the purchase by 5:30 pm. Jason Pearson is one of the managers at the Henrico, VA office and he was excellent and professional when taking care of all the details and speaking to our people. Never felt any pressure from him. He did everything according to our wishes. We decided to get the loan through our credit union instead of directly from DriveTime in order to get a lower tax rate, but you can do it directly with them if you don't have another option.
