Food Lion

It has been a while since I've shopped in this Food Lion on Brook Road near Parham Road. It's behind the McDonald's on Brook Road in the shopping center.

I was pleasantly surprised! The produce was displayed so nicely and I truly appreciate the setup they have. The vegetables are in a separated area and looked amazing! The store is setup much differently than other Food Lion stores I have visited and products were easily located. I will definitely be going back to shop here more often.

I like the store, there is good selection in most parts of the store. Their brand of goods is great. In particular the store brand Nutella is much less and tastes the same to me. Also like store brand cereal bars. All in all a good place not far from home.

Food lion + Instacart = Happy Me :)

Nature's Promise brand is all I have to say. They also have the best fresh produce, deli meats are excellent and not overpriced like other stores in the area. Their meats are the freshest and best and best priced. Im on the way their now. Thanks Food Lion

Manager Special foods are the best! I wish they marked down their produce like the vegetables trays.

I like the cleanliness of store food always look fresh and plentiful on the shelves and in the meat sections.

Mind my loud stinky farts! Especially the one lady who kept telling people she was only taking cards and doesn’t do cash back I forget her name but she said she was a IBS warrior toooo

This had to been the greatest experience I have had in any Foodlion!!!! The people were so sweet and nice. The lady back in the frozen food area, the lady in the dairy area, leaving out the lady at the register!!!!!
I’m new to the Richmond area and these beautiful people finally gave me not only hope for Richmond but humanity 🤎🤎🤎🤎

I love food lion. I'm in this store everyday. I should buy food lion stock I'm in here so much. Employees are very nice and welcoming. Pete the GM of store is always so nice and helpful. You can tell his employees like him a lot. One if my favorite grocery stores.

Haven’t had a bad experience here.

I like to go to Food Lion and usually because that's where they have good deals on a lot of food I had gotten three cases of soda three for $10 of the ginger ale and my best friend she got three for $10 of the diet mountain dew which was not a bad deal we walked around the store got a couple other items which we made up pretty good the deals are pretty good today usually I'd rather go to Food Lion then Kroger's or Walmarts so definitely Food Lion is my favorite store

Teresa is the definition of customer service Diamond 💎 in the ruff in this food lion because she is great!! Excellent employee helped above and beyond!

Very clean, the crew always says hi when I walk in. Cashier's are very nice and chatty. Manager was real cool when my item was double rang up and I had get refund, it too really long because their cash registers keep stalling. She didn't get frustrated.

Love this juice but they cost more than walmart

User friendly staff. I would like to recognize staff member CC in the deli department for her sale presentation and the excellent service she provided during my visit to the store on Oct 24, 2021.

Great place to shop. I went here because the location is within the vicinity. The employees are helpful. The produce are fresh. I didn't have my club card at checkout. I asked the cashier if there was another way to look up my account and she handled the situation in a polite manner.

I've been coming here for years, and Teresa is simply AMAZING! She's always so professional, and maintains a great attitude no matter how busy she is. She makes every visit so much more pleasant. I'm not exactly sure what her position is, but she should be promoted ASAP

This is my favorite store to do my grocery shopping. That's if I can make it there before the microwave mom's. They take everything from coffee creamer to tater tots. Damn shame. But I try to get there before them. LOL

Shop there ALL of the time!!! LOVE me some PETEY, the manager and he’s the same every time I go! Great dairy (eggs), produce, and meat and prices better than most!!!👍🏽
