Geoff and the Lemonade Team did a wonderful job with a recent painting project for us. From start to finish, the Team was timely, tidy and professional. They even scheduled a complimentary consultation with the paint supplier to make sure we picked the exact color we wanted. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and we get many compliments on the space.

Our Team is immensely pleased with the recent paint job provided by Lemonade Property Services! The challenging stairwell area, detailed trim work, and ceilings now bring a polished appearance to our waiting room. Lemonade's Crew was professional, kind and thorough. We will most definitely be working with them again for future projects!

I have hired Lemonade for 3 different jobs now since 2021. They painted my house before I sold it. They painted my deck when I moved into my new house. And this week, they painted my living room, kitchen, cabinets, and dining room. They show a lot of care in the quote and planning process, they openly communicate, and the team is very nice, respectful, and talented! I will always choose Lemonade for any paint jobs!

Geoff and David came out to clean our gutters and dryer vent. They were both very nice and respectful and did a great job! This was our first time using Lemonade Property Services and we will definitely use them again.

Tom and his company painted the interior of our home, which needed a significant update. They repaired, patched, and repainted the damaged areas, caulked and sealed the windows, trim, and baseboards before repainting. They cleaned up after a hard day's work and respected our home. Tom stayed within our budget while still providing quality work. Should we ever need painters again, we know who to call. We hired Tom to paint our master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. It was a job that we didn't want to leave in amateur hands. Tom was prompt, provided an immediate quote, answered all questions, and walked us through the process. Before the paint job we also asked if he could build a small 2 shelf wall nook for our electronic component since we also planned to mount a new TV. Tom was not only eager to assist but he scheduled follow ups to ensure the nook was completed before the paint job. Tom is personable and does amazing prompt work. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help improve our home.

Everyone at Lemonade was fantastic! They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were constantly in communication with us in regards to date/time changes, paperwork, and other items. We were extremely impressed with the communication. The work they did was fantastic, the concrete looks beautiful. We highly recommend Lemonade, and will be using them again in the future.

Tom and his crew are amazing! They did a terrific job in our house which has some very funky angles and high ceilings. They went above and beyond on our numerous dry wall repairs and the painting is perfection. We had them do this work while we were out of town and they are 100% trustworthy to respect your space/things and get the job done as planned. The team was very professional and tidy and we appreciated how communicative and easy it was to work with Tom. He is very conscientious and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. We are so pleased we had Lemonade do this huge project for us and will definitely have them come back to do a few additional rooms.

Lemonade is terrific on many levels. From start to finish the experience is superb. Communication is quick and easy. Quotes are thorough. Color matching and selection assistance is very helpful. And of course the quality of their work is great. Thus far the Lemonade crew has painted multiple rooms in our home and trim/fascia work on the exterior. We are currently planning with them our next project and look forward to working with Lemonade for many years to come.

Lemonade Property Service painted several rooms in our home. They assisted with selecting the paint colors and the house looks beautiful. Lemonade just finished painting our master suite. We’re color clueless, and Tom helped us make a paint selection we love. The painters were professional and polite, and they did a wonderful job on previously-wallpapered plaster walls. The price was quite reasonable. We’ll definitely use Lemonade again.
