AT&T Store

We just went to this store to order new phones and Chandler helped us. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He answered all of our questions and made the process so easy. Thank you Chandler! :)

I will always conduct my business at the 3013 E Market St Suite 300 York, PA 17402 store. The 2 gentlemen that helped my family start new service was friendly knowledgeable and very professional.

Worked with Chandler to open a new account and get my number ported to ATT. Chandler was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

AT&T is the best company compared to others. I been a costumer before with T-mobile and Verizon. Here is what I like AT&T, they respect their customers and quickly answer questions. They understand their customers need and provide quality service. Above all, I have wonderful experiences with this company!!! Keep AT&T what you are doing….

This store is under completely new management and my experience was awesome! Definitely give this store your business, you will not be disappointed!!

Ultimately I think AT&T is one big scam, with the outrageous fees they charge on "free" trade-ins and the whole credits system. We've heard so many horror stories about how people were charged full price plus interest on "free" phones, upcharged, etc. The stars are for the employee who helped us, I think his name was Mason but he was a young man with red hair. He seemed to understand that AT&T is known for ripping people off and helped us through it. He made sure we were taken care of even though it took a few hours. He even wrote us a little script on a sticky note of what to say to AT&T customer service if they tried to overcharge us. He also provided us with a paper copy of our trade-in details to use as a receipt just in case. Overall he made our experience much better. The stars are for him because we could tell he was working hard and doing his best with a corporation that makes honesty difficult. Thank you Mason!

Dan and Kayla were great to work with. Very patient and helpful as they walked me through getting a new phone and making sure all of my data transferred properly. They were knowledgeable about the offers and products. Definitely recommend going to see them for any questions or upgrades!

We came in the store tonight to upgrade my phone. Jenay helped us and was very knowledgeable. She made us feel so comfortable and walked us through all the steps. She’s a great employee!! This store is lucky to have her. Thank you again Jenay you are delightful!

Kayla was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the iPhone is outstanding. This was the best experience ever at an AT&T store. Kayla did not rush us and she answered all of our questions and then some! We will definitely return to this store for all future needs. I highly recommend Kayla and this location.

Dan and Kayla are the finest employees we have ever worked with at ANY AT&T store. They were not pushy. They were patient, kind, personable, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable ! They answered every question and explained all information so we could understand . They are the reason we bought our new phones and we thank them very much for everything!

Went in trying to get on my own plan and purchase a new phone, had some difficulties with this process that apparently haven't happened before with anyone but Kayla went the extra step with figuring out the problem and resolving it. Kayla was very nice and professional about the situation and made sure that I was getting what I wanted. If you decide to stop by this store definitely ask to speak to her! Thanks Kayla!!

Dan Garrett was AWESOME he transferred all my pictures videos & contacts to my new phone that we purchased when we thought it would be impossible since there was no way of turning my old phone on. He was AMAZING!!!! Will definitely recommend him & be a return customer

When Galleria Store would not activate our phone we went here. Dan was great. So helpful and so friendly. Activated our phone in no time. Even took the time to explain phone to my daughter and show her all of the features. All of my future service will be done here.

I had some difficult issues in transferring my number between carriers on a phone given to me from a previous employer but Dan the Man saved my Tan! He did a great job multitasking with other customers while also training a new employee and everyone in the store were well taken care of! Rock on Dan and a Big Thanks!!

Went in to the store a week or so ago with a busted old phone and questions about changing to an unlimited plan. Kayla was awesome. Walked out of there with an excellent new iPhone, no more worries about data AND a lower monthly bill. Wicked awesome.

Dan and Henry were very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond their job descriptions To help me. I had an issue with my iPhone not backing up properly, and instead of sending me off on my own to figure out what the problem was Dan persisted in figuring it out and solved the issue. He literally saved me hours of time, and more importantly tons of aggravation. It was my best experience in an AT&T store and I have been with AT&T since they merged with Cingular.

After trying to order a new phone through the AT&T website, and being unable to, I visited the store, got the phone, and walked out a very satisfied customer. Dan, "Tech Nerd Austin", and Kayla were knowledgeable and friendly professionals who went above and beyond to ultimately hand me a fully working phone and a head full of new knowledge. By far, this is the best AT&T store I've ever visited and I've used cell phones through AT&T since 1992. I highly recommend them!
