Doctor Davis is the most kind hearted , best listener, proactive, go out of his way doctor that I have ever met. I have been seeing Dr Davis for 20 years and he has never let my health out of site, always on top of everything , he goes a step forward to make sure he is not missing anything, even if it's after hours he is prompt and gets the information and or care you need, I have never had a bad experience with the office and I recommend anyone to see him.

Modern new office and excellent, individualized care. Always responsive, and goes above and beyond, even working with me on lowering Rx costs. I appreciate they don’t you to urgent care for basic procedures.

Dr Davis has been in the community for decades. I have used him as my primary care physician personally for over 30 years and I can’t say how professional he is.
His assistant “Ally” is wonderful as well.
At times I truly believe he has saved my live.
In conclusion I don’t know what I would do without him and his staff.
“Thank You Dr “D”

If you want to see a Dr. that listens, takes his time, and cares deeply, see Dr. Davis. He is kind, thorough, and attentive.

My very first experience here was with Natasha and i feel like i was left very much in the dark after my “consultation” if you could even call it that, i was the only patient in the practice at the moment, but i felt as if her and her employees where rushing to get me out. On top of that, i had requested information in regards to possible referrals for oral surgery, to which I specifically requested any recommendations within my network of insurance. Personally if a patient/customer has a specific request you should try to fulfill that, however she left the room and came back within 2-3 minutes, which tells me there was no real effort or care put into my very simple request. On top of that, the staffing that i interacted with were not very friendly or inviting upon my arrival, as someone who is a service writer at a family owned shop, i find it weird that i as the customer had to say hello upon entering. Overall, from my first and last visit, i feel there is a lack of care for the patients coming in from the employees, and I feel as if i wasted my time even getting all of the paperwork required for a new patients, i left their office with an overall feeling neglect, as they rushed me out and steered me in the wrong direction when it came to fulfilling my request.

The office didn’t put the correct (any) code for my PSA test and I was going to have to pay 150.00 for the test. I called Dublin Medical and they said the order went in and the lab would need to call back and request additional coding. Quest instructed me to call my doctor and request the update. The young lady answering the clinical number said she couldn’t send in another code. Since they failed to submit proper coding I shouldn’t have to pay 150.00 while I wait to have these two facilities straightened out Dublin Medical’s mistake. Poor patient customer service. They should have said, “Mr Phillips I apologize for the mistake and would be happy to call Quest and provide the correct code so you don’t have to pay up front”.

I called the office back to speak with the receptionist. I explained the situation and asked is the issue could be corrected. She said if the insurance won’t cover that I need to address that with them. She said looking at my last PSA, it was normal so I probably didn’t need one. I said the PA saw me and determined that it was. I then asked if I could get a call from Natasha and was told she usually doesn’t call patients. To me this is an unacceptable way to treat your patients plus she is not qualified to give medical advice. I didn’t ask for the receptionist to determine wether I needed a PSA, basically because she probably doesn’t have a medical degree and wasn’t the person who saw me. I have seen Dr Davis and Natasha since the 90’s and have no problem with them, but their administrative staff needs to be better trained in addressing patient needs. The conversation continued and she ended up hanging up on me. Basic courtesy in addressing patient needs would be really nice and may even help retain patients. Instead of trying to find a solution they dug in and only put up road blocks. As for me I’m ending my relationship with this practice.

I had and an appointment a week a go and I had to deal with two unprofessional employees. The employees are danika and jessica. I found a better place to go too. Just sad how they seem not to do their jobs professionally.
