This was the most pleasant dentist experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been searching for a primary dental office to go for awhile now, and as of today I’ve found my dental home. They were so nice to me and I didn’t feel “pressured” or that they were trying to get over on me. Dr. Janet was so caring and Kim was so gentle while cleaning my teeth. An amazing team all around and everyone was so friendly. Thank you French Family!

My child had an infection in a tooth that was capped because Spencer dental didn't seal the cap properly which allowed food to get up inside and eventually causing infection..she was in pain I called Spencer dental and they couldn't get her in for over a month with infection in her mouth..I called this office and they seen her the very next morning and removed the tooth all in the same first visit. We will be returning!!

I read the bad review and was hesitant to schedule an appointment. However, I did and am happy to report that if might have been an isolated problem. I found everyone to be very friendly, nice and professional. I will be going back as a satisfied customer.

Dr Hines and Dr French are excellent dentist I had neglected my dentist for 10 years went in to see them with a tooth problem they got me in right then over the course of the next month I had three cavities and needed a tooth extraction absolutely no pain from the procedures I had no dental insurance very reasonable in price absolutely recommend these people

This dental office is above gold standard. Not only are they professional and realistic but Dr. Hines fixed the mess another dentist made. They are awesome.

Reading the last review very much concerns me, as a dental assistant of 35+ years in this community I know most all the assistant in the area, have even trained many of them. Unfortunately the assistant or hygienist in this situation has no way of telling their side of thing . But I can tell you that I personally know each and every employee in that practice and they are well trained and qualified. So before you make judgement base on one Mothers experience please make your appointment with confidence and go in with an open mind. In my experience most children do better without their parents hovering. Also do not try to tell your child what to expect, parents unfortunately can can plant seeds of fear, and mistrust with * dont be scared it is not going to hurt* I hear parents say this all the time and in the back of the child's mind they are saying why would you say that if there is nothing to fear. Let your Dentist and Assistants do their job.

Went in before heading to Mexico to winter there and didn't really know what to expect. I was very pleased with the service received and feel everyone was nice and professional. Unfortunately for me, the wintering in Mexico was cut short by the Corona virus and we returned and chipped a tooth. I really hope they open soon as it's starting to pain some now. I highly recommend these folks. Unfortunately, after going here for a period of time, I find that my initial praise is not how I felt over time. The office takes on the personality of the owner. It's not a welcoming experience. No longer there. They need some customer service training top to bottom.

Dr Hines and Dr French both have no bedside manners or desire to do what's best for the clients. I had a temp crown that kept falling out. I had to keep going back and Dr Hines was huffing and puffing that it was taking too long to get in. Meanwhile, he couldn't be bothered to help and left it to their other staff. When I had to come back in, Dr French didn't even do it either! I was leaving and she was in the office, in the dark, on her phone. She didn't even glance up as I was leaving. She asked if they were able to get it in place (still glued to her phone). I stated it felt loose and I'm sure it was going to fall out again. She said "okay that's great to hear! Have a great day!" Obviously not paying attention, or caring, to what anyone had to say. The hygenists and techs are amazing and so friendly! It's night and day talking to them and the dentists. They've also messed up some of my husband's dental work as well and required him to go back. My family and I left the practice and couldn't be happier. I absolutely don't recommend anyone to go there!

I went in for a broken tooth. I was in a lot of pain and had just moved to Dublin and so hadn't found a primary dentist yet. I tried Janet's office and the staff were very rude and treated me very badly. They did nothing to help with the broken tooth ( I asked for them to just pull it) and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon that wouldn't even see me due to the fact that I had Medicaid. If you're in Dublin, VA. It's best to go to Blue Ridge Dental, they're far more professional and polite.

Were too rough and fillings continuously fell off exposing nerves and causing pain. When called and complained I was dropped as a client for “missing too many appointments”.

This place is a joke my mom went to get dentures and left with them in hand because Dr to lazy to fix them ripped off elderly people shame on you

My first 2 visits with Bailey and Sharon were great, but this last experience with this other dental assistant whose name I can’t even remember was bad enough for me to never come back here at all! When I voiced my concerns to this girl, telling her what the other last 2 assistants did that worked better, she snapped, “WELL THAT’S ILLEGAL AND THEY WEREN’T SUPPOSED TO DO THAT!” Which was a complete lie, she just got her ego hurt and tried to act like the other assistants were in the wrong. She ended up having to try to do a second X-ray on my child and told the dentist it was because my daughter didn’t bite down hard enough on the paper when, IN REALITY, it was because she used her FINGER to press it onto her tooth instead of my child biting down like she was supposed to have her do. I knew it wouldn’t work that way and I’m not even the expert! So why in the world would I trust her to do anything else?! She then got another dental assistant to try helping and this other girl kept telling my daughter to bite down when the thing wasn’t even all the way in her mouth. I’m not kidding when I tell you the whole thing was such a joke! It was like watching a couple kids struggle with a tool. Then she ended up grabbing this other tool that looked like a long pair of scissors with rounded tips and was going to put that in her mouth deep back near her throat where her back tooth was. That is the point in which I stepped in and said, “Absolutely not!” And became so upset! After already seeing her winging it on the last attempt, no I was NOT going to just sit back and watch her mess it up again with my daughter helpless under her and snap yet another and possibly even ANOTHER X-Ray because she just refused to do it right the first time! No thanks on all that radiation! That is my daughter, I have EVERY right to want to feel comfortable with what someone is doing, especially when I see them doing it differently than someone else who had done it successfully before! With the first X-rays we ever got here they noticed a problem with a tooth that a previous dentist from a different office had worked on and showed me that he had put a filling in without removing all of the cavity. I bring this up to shine light on the fact that just because someone is SUPPOSED to be an expert in their field does not mean they are actually doing things right! When I have experienced poor practice from a so-called expert and then I am seeing another person doing things that are red flags, you bet I’m going to speak up! Instead of respecting my position as the parent they ARGUED with me! I had hoped more care would be taken at this office, especially since the other 2 dental assistants had done so, but unfortunately it wasn’t the case with all of the employees here. Sometimes one person can ruin it for everybody. I ended up not even finishing the appointment. The receptionist offered to reschedule with someone else, but I was so disgusted by the experience that I didn’t even want to come back here again! As wonderful as the other 2 assistants were I have to wonder about an office as a whole when they are hiring someone like this girl! Right before I left, I said to the receptionist, “I just don’t know what to do, what would you do in my position?” And she said, “You just have to tell your child to cooperate and be firm!” AS IF MY DAUGHTER WASN’T COOPERATING!!!! She did everything they told her to do! She was NOT the problem!!!! So that was just a kick in the teeth when I was already upset. There are other places to go. One last thing, the very first visit we had, when we were waiting in the lobby, one of the dental assistants came out and told a child’s mother, “She had one cavity so you’ll need to make another appt for that!” Ummmm, HIPPA VIOLATION?? Obviously, these people are just not with the program! My friend who has also been there has had a couple good experiences, but recently had such a horrible experience that she also ended up livid. So good luck to anyone who gives it a shot, you might get lucky!!!

I had a crown put on which has fallen off twice! Needless to say, I will not be going back.
