I am shocked at the people who are writing negative reviews about Dr Milani. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years at both Virginia Family Medicine and Milani Med Spa. He and his staff have ALWAYS been so polite, caring, and helpful. He has such compassion for his patients and genuinely cares. Many of my family and friends are patients of his and I recommend him to anyone in search of a wonderful doctor. I hope potential patients who are reading his untrue reviews will disregard the negative comments and at least pay him a visit. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Milani is truly one of a kind! I was referred to him by a family friend when my husband and I were dealing with Covid and he virtually saved our lives! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband with a miraculous 3 day recovery by showing attention, care, extreme experience and expertise. He checked in with us everyday to make sure we were doing ok and genuinely cared about our well being. It is so refreshing to see a doctor that truly cares and you can count on to help you with whatever you need. I couldn’t be more grateful to have met Dr. Milani through this experience. My husband and I officially switched over to Dr. Milani as our primary doctor now and couldn’t be happier! I was with an ordinary doctor for years because it was easy and comfortable and i didn’t want to make the time for a change. However, after virtually meeting Dr. Milani and seeing his care and support during a difficult time in our lives, it made me realize I should have made the change much sooner. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with him today because he is the best I’ve seen!

I have known and been a loyal patient of Dr. Kavian Milani for over 21 years!! My oldest is 24, and her first visit with him, she was 3. My youngest, who is 18, has ONLY had Dr. Milani as a physician. This man is the real deal and truly one of the finest human beings on the planet. Dr. Milani genuinely cares and takes a sincere interest in the lives of his patients. I’ve referred countless people to Dr. Milani over the years.

Virtual visits due to COVID-19 are just as awesome. Dr. Milani is attentive, caring, and asks all the right questions. You’ll feel like you’re in his office with him.

Yesterday I went to my family Dr. (Virginia Family Medicine) at Vienna office. Dr. Persaud did a great job with my ear issue . He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great.
