I have had my personal as well as my business insurance through American Family for years. This agency in particular is pretty fantastic – it seems like I am calling, at least once a week for my business to request paperwork Kim is usually the one who I speak to, and she is always very cheerful and happy to help.

I have even had them call me in the past to mention new discounts, and ways I could save money that I was unfamiliar with- honestly, nothing but good stuff to say!

Dan Freihaut agency has been terrific every single time I have needed them. My vehicle was heavily damaged in a hailstorm, and they were the first phone call I made. Loren took my call, smoothed everything over, and reassured me that it was going to be fine. I had trouble getting a shop to even look at my truck anytime soon. No worries, Loren took care of that immediately. Then, I had trouble finding a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. No worries, Loren saved the day again. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all that this agency did for me. I don't even live near the office, but I could not imagine going anywhere else. I want to make sure I mention Kim as well. She was just as capable of taking care of my situation when needed. Thank you again for taking care of me. Dan, you have an awesome crew.

My experience with the Freihaut agency has been nothing short of wonderful. I usually deal with Loren Viglasky at this agency, who is a great listener and a very very helpful person. Loren is very considerate with her time in exploring various options to reduce my insurance premiums and always follows up with any answers she may not have at the time of phone call. I have recommended this agency to a few of my friends and consider their service one of the best I have experienced.

I could not be happier with the Dan Friehaut agency. Kim and Lauren are the best. My first claim ever on my house has been flawless. They are both extremely prompt and courteous with everything they do.
