Superb customer service! We were happy Sprint customers until T-Mobile forced us over to their network ... nothing but dropped calls in the middle of Chesterfield. I moved my S8+ to Cricket with no problems ... 30 days later, moved my wife's S8+. Sprint wanted to tie us to a 2-yr 5G phone upgrade ($1,200 for two phones) with no guarantee it would help our reliability. Glenn and Emrah (Cricket) are great! Glad we gave Cricket a try.

Spent most of the day searching for a phone. Finally called Glen the store manager who set me straight on the right way to go, and told me of a promotion that would allow me to get my son a great phone FREE! Had I not spoken to Glen I never would have known. My kid and I went in there and he took fantastic care of us. Wonderful experience.

Had a great experience at the Cricket in Ballwin, MO. Since switching to Cricket my call/message quality and data speeds have been very reliable and speedy. From start to finish my experience in the store was fantastic. The Cricket staff was always very attentive, competent, and respectful. More specifically Sam, who helped me at the store, was always very attentive and did not ever make me feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. His recommendations and knowledge on phones and plans were a real asset to my Cricket experience. He really made my visit!

Have been with Cricket for about 3 years and have been to several of their stores. The Ballwin store, by far, provides the best service of all of them. Glen and Emrah have provided us with excellent technical information and friendly, excellent customer service! Five stars!

Moved over from at&t, have 4 lines and pay $100 less than I did for the same service as at&t. Every time I have been in the store I have had the pleasure of working with Sam. He is GREAT!! Sam is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Sam!

I found the Cricket Ballwin store manager, Sam Tehrani, to be every phone/plan shopper's dream: kind, easygoing, and crazy knowledgeable. I was at the Ballwin cricket store with my son to purchase a new phone as his phone was badly damaged. The individual that was working at the store (Sam) was extremely helpful with our decision on what phone to purchase , also Sam was very helpful in the process to convert information from old phone to the new phone. Sam made the whole process very easy as he had great knowledge of the cell phone we purchased and to get my son's new phone to be able to work with all of his old info. Thanks , Sam !!

I’m on the 4 Lines for 130$ plan that includes 15gb of hotspot per line along with speeds that are the same as at&t and i love the service the coverage is the same as at&t but it costs half the price. You can get 4 lines for 100$ unlimited as well, good promos year round. Eddie and Jenny are professionals at what they do. 10/10 would recommend.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in and I've never once had a problem that they couldn't help me figure out, even if it took up to an hour. Very nice work, guys!
