I love potbelly!! My family loves it and the service is always amazing! All the employees are fantastic and super welcoming! I’ve never had such a good sandwich before I just love this place!!! All the food here is a 10/10 so yummy and i just cant stop coming back!!

It was a 4 star but then i turned it to 5 stars after i finished my sandwich. Food is super delicious and way better than subway. Must try!

I mistakenly ordered from the Fairfax Corner location and tried to pick-up from this Potbelly. They called the other store and had my order refunded and I was able to get my food quickly and the taste was great as well. I really appreciate them going above and beyond when it's my own fault.

First time eating at any of these establishments. My brother recommended it from previous experience. Sub was excellent and so was the service. Employees were very friendly and kept the line moving.

This place is consistently awesome. I usually get a bigs chicken club with mushrooms(roasted), bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and Mayo, and wow. It’s insane. I don’t really want to try anything else, as the sandwich I choose is consistently good. Also, I would definitely recommend the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Don’t knock it til you try it. My only complaint is pretty old. September/October of 2021, when I scheduled my sandwich for a certain time, they just made it when they got the order in, so it was cold when I picked it up. They stopped doing this pretty quickly, as i came in early once and asked if they could make it then, and when I realized it was done already, the person that made it was made fun of by his coworkers. All good. The staff are great, the bathrooms clean, and everything nice and orderly.

Potbelly has a delicious BLT&A (avocado)- it is my favorite! We usually do carry out for lunch at work. Employees are very nice & friendly.

Potbelly's food is terrific. Love their sandwiches, atmosphere, and flexibility on deliver and pick up. Sometimes logistics for delivery orders don't always go right, but the managers always work to exceed expectations and help out. Thanks Potbelly's!

Good sandwich at decent price.

The service area is clean and relaxing. In the summer time they have out door seating also avaliable. Sandwich 🥪 is made to order and delicious.

We use to get Subway sandwiches but after the Tuna problem and then and some of our orders going ok... Then a friend had introduced Potbelly Sandwiches to my mom and then I tried it back in 2021. Today we decided that Subway is out! You'll definitely get a better sandwich, it's worth the price and don't forget to use the app!

I love Potbelly sandwiches. The bread, the meats, but most of all the Potbelly pepper spread. I purchase extra for home use, it's that good. The staff at this location is the reason for the 5 stars, though. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Just exceptional.

I wish we had one of these in Stafford. One of the best sammywiches I've had in a long time. They have a great kids menu, too, and pretty fast service. Unlike other shops, they have a smaller menu, meaning they are better at specialty stuff and do a great job. Like what Subway wishes it could ever be.

As always, great customer service and extremely friendly! Which is a lot to say these days! I would recommend you go get your sandwiches and other great things they have! Excellent place!

I’m giving 5 stars because of the staff at this location. Every single time I go into this shop, the staff provides excellent customer service by being helpful, kind, patient, and just generally very welcoming. I always leave feeling good about my experience and that’s a huge reason I’m happy to return each time.

If you've been to one Potbelly you've been to them all, which is a good thing in my opinion. Locations are typically very consistent in cleanliness, service, and offerings. Location of this specific Potbelly is nice because it is right on the corner of a large shopping plaza so easy to get in and out regardless of the time of day.

Located in Fair City Mall of city Fairfax, Potbelly is a great retro style counter serve restaurant offering sandwiches, baked goods, salads and other delicious foods. Food made with fresh ingredients and warmly served by staff shows their passion about creating the best meal for your enjoyment.

I love Potbelly but they always put too much hot peppers on my sandwich and I can never really enjoy it and they don't even ask if I want a lot.

Fast. Friendly. Accurate. The food is incredible. The restaurant smells like an old fashioned brick oven pizza place.

First time trying potbelly sandwiches and god i just loved everything... place can be a little crowded from time to time but the staff is doing great job!!!
