good dry-cleaning service, but unreliable operating times. it's 6:15 pm on saturday, and you are closed even though your hours clearly say that you close at 7 pm on saturdays. no sign on the door either explaining why you're closed early.

Been a happy customer for many years, but about 6 months ago things started to change. Bad ironing, broken buttons (they do replace them for free, but if you don't check right there, you have do come back), dirty spots are not removed even when marked. Overall quality of cleaning went down dramatically. And new shirts deteriorate in a year! It was not like that before. Something changed! Management? People, who don't care? I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their clothes.

I’ve been going to the cleaners for over 15 years. During those 15 years, the first 10 were excellent! I don’t know what happened within the last five years or so but the quality of service and care for your clothes has dramatically changed for the worse!!! They’ve gotten more expensive and the quality and the care for your clothes has been very poor, particularly within the last 6 -8 months. Seems like all they do is press dirty clothes and ruin buttons . Time to find a new cleaners!

No wonder the reviews are soo low. Took my suit and after two weeks they told me that they cannot do it. Went there 3 times to pickup my suit. Everytime i was told come next day. Avoid this place.
