Quick, friendly staff and professional. In and out in a few minutes. Got a text message when garments were ready. At $3.49 you can’t beat it. Other cleaners I paid 3-4 x more for less and had to wait a week. Appreciate those who deal with your dirty laundry.

Been coming here a long time. Excellent, affordable , inexpensive prices. Once in a blue moon there may be a hiccup, but they have always attempted to correct it. Very happy with the service.

I’ve used this Zips location for years…most recently I went for alterations of a dress for a wedding that I needed turned around quickly and they were able to accommodate. They even still had table clothes that I had dropped off in 2019 (I have since left the job). Always a pleasure, responsive and quick

Although I barely dry clean my clothes anymore, when I do I bring them to this store Zipps. I love the fact that I can bring it in the morning and pick it up. The email confirmation when it's ready is great to get, especially when my clothes are done before what they tell me. On Saturdays, as long as I drop it off by 9am, it's usually ready from 1 to 3 pm. The staff is very friendly and I've chatted with a few people, and Darin has always been so nice. Can't wait to bring my clothes by again.

I’ve been going here for years for dry cleaning services and more recently added alterations, specifically sewing on patches for my kids’ sports. They did an impeccable job, couldn’t be happier. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Christina who always has a welcoming smile and thank her (immensely) for finding my credit card that I accidentally and unknowingly dropped there! Kudos to the Zips team at Fairfax Circle.

I love zips! The service is speedy and on time, and customer service is phenomenal! All the people up front are really friendly, and last time I was there Darin made sure my clothes were done the way I wanted it! They really try to make it an enjoyable experience, definitely the place I go for my dry cleaning.

All the people who are complaining about the staff should probably reevaluate their own behavior. I am a weekly customer and service is always quick and polite. These ladies work their butts off to get things done quickly and efficiently

I've been going to Zips Fairfax for the past 8 years and to the Fairfax Circle location since it opened. Fairfax Circle Zips cleans my clothes well at a decent price and provide great customer service.

Darin, Esmeralda, Mamta and Josue are all great, provide friendly customer service with a smile. Darin is an outstanding supervisor. and ZIPS is lucky to have her. I rarely have had issues in the past 8 years, however in the rare instance I had them, Darin quickly resolved it with a smile. While I have dry cleaners closer to my home, I choose ZIPS Fairfax Circle for their outstanding customer service and good job cleaning my clothes. ZIPS mgmt should be proud to have Darin, Esmeralda and Mamta on their team. I highly recommend ZIPS Fairfax Circle, they are the best dry cleaners in the area. I plan to continue using them even though I have other options closer to home.

I have been going to Zips for several years and I continue to use both ZIPS locations due to Darin Oh and Noemy P. Darin and Noemy are extremely friendly and always have a smile on there faces. The prices are reasonable and the turn around is fantastic.

I also would like to add that Esmeralda is extremely friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service!

I specifically would like to praise Esmeralda for her superior customer service. She is consistently attentive and knowledgeable about all services Zips provides. Her pleasant demeanor and strong competence are a credit to the Fairfax Circle store's operations.

Great customer service every time. Timely and consistent. Willing to help as soon as you walk through door. Reasonable price. Overachieving staff members include, Josue, mamata, and sitora.

Fast and clean! One of the few next day dry cleaners in the area. Bought a tux shirt, took it straight to ZIPS, picked it up the next day at 5, and made the event at 7.

I wish the alteration lady was my mom!! Pls adopt me!! She’s the most wholesome lady ever!! Plus they have great prices!

They do a good job & always have my stuff ready when they say they will. Same day service is great. Josue P is a great worker.
