Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

First time here. My experience was nice starting from the friendly shuttle van driver who picked me up at the airport, to Troy the gentleman who checked me in at the front desk. Troy was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. For someone who worked the swing shift he looked so refresh and happy. The people who worked the lobby restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were also nice. The room I had was spacious. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker all the essentials that I need. I didn't give the room a 5 star because the desk chair was old and the leather was all torn up. Bed was super comfy which I liked.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago and was checked in by Emran who was so kind and welcoming. It was an easy check in process and great experience. There wasn't much of an explanation about the parking situation, so that was a little confusing but I got it figured out. The only issue in the room was the heat was left on so it was so hot in there and I couldn't open windows to help cool it down and the A/C was not working either so that wasn't super comfortable to stay in. The room was a little outdated and could use some TLC, but it wasn't a horrible stay and I thought it was worth the price.

Troy met us at the front desk and made us feel welcome. I was so excited to have been chosen as guest of the day and he made me feel very special! Our room was great but it was really Troy that made the whole experience so outstanding. He should be promoted to head chef in your restaurant.

Had an amazing stay. The staff Troy and Sunny were so helpful and welcoming. My husband will be back in the area in a couple weeks and will be staying here again. We just want to thank Troy and Sunny personally for making us feel welcome and attending to everything that we needed. We will miss your company!!

Everything was wonderful. From the moment I checked in with Emran, friendly & welcoming. Rooms were spacious & clean. Dinner at the Bistro in the hotel was delicious. Best shrimp & spinach salad I’ve ever had. And Sunny, my server, was kind & attentive. Not much around hotel if you don’t have a car. Enjoyed my experience here

I had a great experience here in November 2023! The front desk person (I think his name was Emron) could tell I was tired, and helped me secure a quiet room and gave me an express introduction to the hotel. He was so kind and efficient. The rooms are dated but comfortable. The whole staff was fantastic. It was close to the airport and has a shuttle. I’d stay here again.

Troy welcomed us when we arrived from the airport; he was gracious, polite and professional. I have a broken leg and limited mobility. Troy helped us without question and made our arrival and visit much nicer. The food was good, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I will use this hotel for my next visit

Upon check in, Kyla, was the best!! She was so kind, professional and helpful. Went above and beyond setting up fixing Uber account for me as mine was out of adjustment!! And the morning desk Troy was just as helpful and personable. But this lace needs a hot tub!!

Sunny was a great host. Great service at the Bistro.

Emran was fantastic help at the front desk.

Staff is all very friendly, accommodating.

Recommend this place for stay. I would definitely stay here.

Great location/easy to find . Close to airport. Clean rooms. Wonderful staff. A big thank you to Emran & Troy for advice & management on my booking hiccup. Another big thank you to Sunny who was our restaurant/barman and kept us in supply of good food and beverages. Will definitely stay again 😊

I don't have a lot of experience with staying at a hotel, or flying, but this hotel has made my trip so much easier! They've been so accommodating and informative, I couldn't have asked for a better first time in Salt Lake City. The loft room was beautiful, clean, cozy, and really put me at ease; like a home away from home. Plus, the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport meant no rental cars, no dealing with city traffic, and no pressure. My hotel room also had a pretty good view of the mountains (not that they're hard to find).

Overall, if you're looking for good rooms, good service, and a relaxing experience, this is the only hotel in Salt Lake that can give you all 3!!

The general manager Mazhar Kathi was very friendly and helpful. He helped us out with all of our questions and extra arrangements with the shuttle, parking etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

Kyla assisted me on The phone first the morning I was supposed to check in when I called. And assisted me when I checked in, in person.

She was absolutely lovely each time and was hospitable, kind, helpful, and very sweet.

Kyla, who worked at the front desk, was exceptional! She has outstanding customer service, she went out of the way to make sure our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one!

Staff is great, close to the Airport and property is nice!! Food in the resteraunt was awesome. Have to try the Cajun chicken pasta in Tuscan Bistro. Waiter/Bar Tender was welcoming and a good sense of humor!

Hareem the shuttle driver was the best I have ever had. I had a Terrible flight from Reno to SLT and missed my connecting flight to Atlanta. But Delta gave me a hotel and food voucher. I had to cancel my Atlanta hotel then find some where in SLT. But these guys her at the Radisson Troy, Emran, and of course the bartender Sunny made me a dirty martini! Everyone was amazing! Thanks again

I love these loft rooms, they really make the stay feel more like home. Mazhar was extremely helpful as was all the staff. The hotel is extremely comfortable and clean as a diamond member I’d going say this is one of the best choice hotels I’ve stayed at in the last decade!

Great service we didn’t get in until pretty late and Troy was there to greet me with a smile on his face and ready and willing to answer any questions I might have! Room was very clean and tidy

Troy was awesome at the front desk, and they made my day with thier "Guest of the day" program! Really brightened up a long day of travel and boring work trip!
