I have been a resident of this neighborhood my whole life and I am proud of our smiths , the staff is great it’s good to see the same staff throughout the years as they take good care of the store !

Great crew here! The bakery captain went out of hey way to help us out with personalizing a couple of cakes. We called on the phone and unlike most places, they answered timely, were Friendly and helpful! The pharmacy was busy but didn't have a huge wait, front to back it's a great store!!

Everyone at this Smith's on 800 South and 900 West in Poplar Grove/Glendale are always very helpful. If they don't have something they bring it in for you. Laurine she's a checker and a little bit of everything there, she is always good to her customers. So is Amanda, Lety these 2 are front end managers and if there's a problem they handle it like pro's. For instance I asked the for some cheese noodles I buy by maurchaun to be brought back in I always buy these by the case. And when I went in one time they did a reset on the noodles and took these out, the manager over that department said he'd get them back in. I'm hoping they get them back instock soon, myself and grandkids love them.

I love this store especially the people who work there. Ashanti, Andrew, Abby & everyone else are amazing they always go above & beyond to help me out

My local smiths love the staff and the upgrades they did. They still run out of water and produce. But I love the gas points!!

The area is kind ghetto if u will but the store it's self is well maintained and state don't harass you while ur shopping it's my favorite store

I have shopped many smiths in the valley and if given a choice I would choose this location every single time. The produce was amazing and the isles looked clean and perfectly front faced and amazing. Smiths should take note of this location and how they run their operations. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Review for bakery, I asked them for a cake with purple and white colors, I thought I would get a simple cake but wow did they go above and beyond with it! It was so beautiful and perfect to the baker thank you soo much :)

I've always had a wonderful experience. Shopping is good they have most of everything I need. I had a 4yr monthly date with customer service sending money to a federal institution it was great when people know their jobs. I left my I'D & I was lucky that they had it.

This is an older location that was remodeled a few years back. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have a bit smaller selection than most Smiths because this store is smaller than the new ones. I used to live near this location and there can be some "shady" activity around so they always have a security guard to watch the entrance and the parking lot. The store is clean and well organized and does have a good variety for its size.

Manager is super kind.. both I delt with today.. especially considering the circumstances.

Store is in a lower end part of SLC not horrible as most would say. If you've been any place outside of Utah then you know Rose Park is not a bad area. For the neighborhood store was run well and service was exceptional.

The Pharmacy here is absolutely one of the best in the valley. Shay especially will go above and beyond to work with patients and provider offices. I work in a provider office and we deal with them all the time, they are prompt, professional and thorough.

Raced in to get one of the big squishmallows they sell.
Once I gleefully raced to the checkout three god tier employees helped me check out and get the best deal. SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW! Thxx you HAPPY HOLIDAYS

The store is always clean & organized, even with the vagrant issues they have to deal with.

Very professional staff who are kind and helpful. I had the good fortune of meeting Amber, Leticia, Amanda j. Troy and Gwen, who went out of their way to assist me with my shopping needs!

Abby and Frankie excellent. Produce employees excellent also. Excellent employees. Smith's is my favorite grocery store in utah. Everyone that shops at Harmans foods should give Smiths a chance. Probably go during daylight. 900 west not the very best area neighborhood. Lady store manager excellent also. They really appreciate your business. They have a atm machine inside but not a US bank atm or america first atm. Something is better than nothing.

I've been coming to this Smith's store for over 16 yrs. Cause its really close by and conveinant. takes about less then 5 min to get there. AND also the employees that works there are awesome and helpful.. So keep up with the good work...

Just want to give a shout out to April in Customer Service. She went above and beyond to help me with my kids while I was shopping the other day. Made a stressful job a little easier. Thanks!
