Bought my 2004 Nissan 350z from here. I am very happy with my car. Came from Frederick Maryland Carlos was very kind and he truly treated my husband and I great. He was very honest and got us approved for our loan. The week prior to us coming he kept in contact with us and we set up and appointment for June 1st. After we brought the car back to Maryland and had it inspected it needed only a couple of things. When we called Carlos about it he was very gracious and we brought the car back down and his mechanic repaired it. Please understand we had to buy the parts that is the risk you take buying any used car. The inspector in Maryland told us we got a great deal and beautiful car. Carlos of course provided a warranty and we were happy. His staff and mechanics are great. I have never been treated with such respect even in the past when I bought a car. Very pleased could not be happier. Thank you Auto Bank 2, Carlos and staff.

I stopped by their car lot to purchase a Nissan Frontier pick up they advertised. I selected a 2013 crew cap one and made the deal with no difficulties since I do have an excellent credit. I failed to ask about a carfax report on the truck. At night I decided to pull a carfax report on it by myself. I found that the truck was involved in an accident with a minor damage in 2019. I called and changed my mind. The management did not argue with me and promised to find another truck with a clean carfax report. Few days later, they found another one, one year younger with less mileage and better interest rate. They had to settle the lean on the first one and we got the new truck which is in a very good shape and working conditions. Great people.

Just finished my purchase. These guys bent over backwards to accommodate me. Thanks to Carlos for all your hard work. These guys did everything they said they would. I'm completely satisfied and the truck is great 👍👍

Wow, I visited ten car dealerships that had advertised a cargo can. Some places tried to increase the price $2,000 over the internet price. Others lied about the mileage. At one dealership, the van had an inspection sticker, but the jack was missing and the tail lights did not work.
What a relief to meet Carlos at Auto Bank. He was friendly, listened to my needs, showed me the van and then after the test gave me the best van at the best price from Baltimore to Virginia. I am so glad to have purchased my van at Auto Bank. They are professional and provide great service. If you go car shopping go to Auto Bank first, so you'll know how to get treated in an honest, professional, and friendly manner. I know because I spent ten years selling car during the 1980's.

Very reputable dealership. No scams and they really try to work with you. I purchased a cat from them about a year and a half ago and now I'm trading up with them. I always work with Moe. Moe (Manager) & Carlos (Owner) are the best. I bought my first MDX at AUTO BANK ll few years back & now this is my second MDX (2011 ACURA) that I bought from them. As soon as I called Moe he asked me what do I need and he got me exactly & Beyond my expectations on what I was looking for. I love my car. My car is in excellent great condition, no flaws at all with low mileage. Auto Bank ll always go above & beyond to really make you a happy customer and they really help out & care for their customers as well. Moe tried very hard to get me the lowest rates when he was calling out several financial company and he succeeded to do so. I love this place and will keep coming back. Carlos also did his best to get us driving out with the car as soon as possible. He put no excuses. His main goal was to see us happy driving out the parking lot with our new car ASAP. Thanks Guys.

I drove down from northern Michigan after giving a deposit to hold a 2012 Toyota Rav4. The manager Shawn gave me $100 towards the car rental price I incurred driving to Virginia. I purchased the car and was given a nation wide warranty of 6mos. or 7500 miles.When I got home I took a good look at the tires and noticed that they were weather checked, I called Shawn and after talking to the owner her agreed to refund $200 towards the price of new tires. I didn't know if he would follow through,
but he had Moe refund $200 to my credit card and looking at my credit card account today I see the money was transferred the very day I talked with Shawn and Moe. I had a good experience with Atuobank II, they addressed my problem and took care of it to my satisfaction. Always use due diligence when you are buying a car especially a used car, I am sure had I taken more time to look at the car after giving it a test drive I would have noticed the condition of the tires and Shawn would have taken care of it before I left the lot.
