My experience was seamless and I highly recommend coming here. Icame to buy a car for my son and I was not disappointed. The prices are more than fair, I saw several cars that I would definitely buy... but the car I came for was there, they worked out a price for me and we were out of there. The entire process had us in and out in under an hour. The test drive was easy... they have a huge lot in the back that I didn't even realize was on the property until we walked around to the other side. I would highly recommend buying a car here. Steve, the finance guy was very pleasant... they all were courteous and I will be back when it's time to get my daughter a car. I've already told 3 other people that are looking for cars about this place and sent the information.
After searching for the last 5 weeks, which includes test driving at other dealerships, calling and searching for what I wanted, I can say this place didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. Best prices and even took care of my out of state inspection for me! If you're shopping for a vehicle, this is where you need to be!

Steve was very helpful in answering my questions about the car I was interested in and about the papers I needed to sign as we went through the purchasing process. This was very helpful as this was my first car and my first experience buying a car. He was able to even help me with getting insurance after my initial choice denied me coverage (due to some sort of misunderstanding with my parent's insurance), allowing me to drive the car off the lot that same day.

Two days later, I discovered an issue with the car's battery that only showed up occasionally and under specific circumstances and was able to call Steve about it. I was able to take the car back to 1st Choice auto to get it examined by one of their mechanics, and they discovered that the battery got drained over the winter. They were able to replace the battery free of charge that day and I was able to get on my way in less than half an hour.

1st Choice Auto is a great place to get a vehicle!! They’re very professional and so helpfully as well. I would recommend to anyone out there looking for a great vehicle for a great price to go with 1st Choice Auto!!

We bought our first car (Toyota Highlander) in the United States with 1st. Choice and we are very happy. The service was great and the vehicles are all very good. We were always well guided, especially by Eddie. We highly recommend 1st Choice.

After several months of driving all over to different dealers in search of a Tacoma was difficult (Too much rust and their asking price). Through a search they had an ‘07 just listed, so I called and asked if they could send pics from underneath before I decided to make the drive and they did. I drove from Delaware to purchase my son’s 1st car from here which was a 2006 Chrysler 300. Steve and Eddie gave my son, my wife and myself the best experience ever. I understand why they named the dealership First Choice Auto Sales, because with all do respect this should be the 1st choice you go to when you are looking for a quality, solid and clean title car.
There is a difference between people just trying to sale you something to make a quick “buck” and “business people”. Business people take care of you to develop a business relationship and this dealership is about their business and have made my family very happy. Went by in late December 2023. They had 5 cars we wanted to look at and maybe test drive, but once we saw the beautiful 2005 Acura TSX with less than 47,000 miles at a very fair price, that was it! We bought it.

1st Choice offers a free Carfax right on their website, so we knew it was a one-owner vehicle with no accidents. Also great are the little things -- Michelin tires, 2 keys, spare tire and tools, owner's manual, and December 2024 inspection sticker. This car is pristine. Plus the dealer changed the oil and detailed the vehicle. This level of service has NOT been our experience with the used car dealerships in Sterling / Chantilly (they "don't touch the car", even to replace lightbulbs, but rather just sell it like they found it).

They are in a quiet and pretty area of Fairfax City, so it's easy to do your test drive, and their separate lot is onsite so you don't have to wait for them to go get a car you wanted to see.

It was just a really easy and pleasant experience with Steven and Edwin. We drove an hour from Loudoun to this lovely dealership in Fairfax, and are very glad we did!
