The manager of the auto service dept was amazing! We were at the Oakdale Mills at first with low tire pressure and the man at the desk could not even look at me and said rudely to me while looking at his computer screen . I can’t help you! I called the Hudson store and she was so gracious and said to be in Hudson in a half hour and she would take care of me.
Herself and her staff took care of the problem in an hour! The company should be so proud to have employees like that! I can’t say enough! Oakdale is another story. They need some help! Thanks so much!

I've been going to the fleet farm location for about 2 years for oil changes and a set of tires. I brought in my 3.0 turbo diesel for an oil change, but at the time of my original appointment, they did not have the proper oil for my vehicle. Instead of sending me somewhere else, they arranged to get my oil for me and make a new appointment. When I went in for my new appointment, there's was a mishap with my oil filter and they promptly dumped my new oil on their shop floor. Instead of trying to cover up the mistake like some shops would do, they were transparent with what happened and made a plan to get the job done. After 3 attempts, I now have a truck with a fresh oil change and got to have a good laugh with the very friendly people working the front desk. My blue Chevy can forever go down as the bane of their existence!
