I've had a really nice experience here. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional team. Have seen several therapists and assistants, only great things to say about everyone. Thank you!

Best PT in Richmond! Meg and Justin are awesome. Everything is transparent and smooth. Most importantly my injury has improved dramatically.

Today I graduated from my second stint at Richmond PT, and I highly recommend this office. (I had 2 separate injuries, years apart.) The therapists I worked with were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The assistants took great care of all the patients by preparing equipment and answering questions. The front desk staff were nice and always got all the insurance stuff right. Overall, Richmond PT provided great customer service. And, through the work they did with me, I understand more about my injury and I'm a lot stronger now than when I started.

No one wants to go to PT, but if you need it, this is the place to go.

Every is very professional, super nice and caring from the moment you call to walking in the door to working with the therapists and the assistants. Everyone chips in once you finish your current exercise to start you on your next task. Highly recommended facility, plus they have very accommodating hours starting early am with some late nights.

I had surgery for a herniated disc, but two years later I was experiencing great pain again. The team at Richmond Physical Therapy were fantastic, working in concert seamlessly with my Neurosurgeon to ensure I had insurance coverage. Before seeing them I could not sleep nor walk straight. Geoff Gunther worked out a treatment plan with me, and the entire staff was amazing. (Wonderful people there!)

I went from great pain to no pain. No further surgery needed. I have my active life back. They are absolutely the BEST!

I can't say enough about Richmond Physical Therapy! The entire staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging. My therapist, Mary Beth Blend is absolutely the best! She understands the whole picture of my injuries and where I want to be when I'm done with PT. When you walk in the door, it's as if an entire team knows exactly what your plan is that day and they just make it happen. It's a supper comfortable environment and I actually look forward to my visits!

I came into Richmond Physical Therapy for knee pain - the whole team was great and Matt coordinated a great plan to strengthen my knee. I finished my PT and still do the exercises today - I have experienced no knee pain since! Cannot thank them enough!!

I've never done physical therapy prior to coming here, but I really enjoy every session since getting foot surgery in December. Mary Beth is very knowledgeable and professional and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a good/comfortable atmosphere and you feel like they really know what they're doing and want you to get better which is awesome 🙂

Staff is super friendly! My PT was Sarah Doan and she was the sweetest and helped me so much! I went here to get treated for a back injury and spent 18 weeks of treatment. Sarah always did her best to answer any odd questions or general questions I had. I was sent home with 2 tension bands and a whole packet of every single one of the exercises given to me over the 18 weeks so that I could continue at home once I discharged. I'm glad I had a chance to work with Sarah before she left! ♥

Front staff was always helpful and sweet -- I mostly interacted with Nancy. And all the aides were very kind to me and everyone remembered certain things I needed to help my anxiety and make me feel comfortable. It was a really amazing experience around so many lovely people who helped me recover and made me feel at ease :) I highly recommend receiving PT here if the location is convenient for you! It was the perfect location for me in distance and because of the staff ♥

Also, the space was very clean and you can see aides and therapists helping to keep clean after each patient. That was super comforting to see especially currently with COVID going on :)

If you have to be in PT, this is a great place to put yourself. My situation is somewhat unique (long Covid), but everyone here does their best to get me going.
I have always received the warmest reception from the smiling ladies at the front desk and every trainor chips in to move me through my regimen in a positive and helpful way. When I leave, I will miss all of these folks.
I think you'll be happy with this group.

I am lucky that my doctor referred me to Richmond Physical Therapy because I have now been a patient there twice. The atmosphere is very friendly, the therapists are top notch, good listeners and coaches. Working to come back from an injury can be tough at times and this team really helps you through it.

Everyone here, from the front desk staff, to the physical therapists, to management is helpful, caring, involved and encouraging. You and your physicial rehabilitation progress and improvement is priority number one. The space is bright and airy, with large windows, making for a cheerful atmosphere. An elevator is available to take you to the second story space, along with designated free parking. Several sevices are available such as dry needling, which I have found to be very helpful with my current cervical and lubar spinal conditions. I would reccomend R.P.T. to anyone looking for an excellent physical therapy resource.

I randomly picked this place from a list my doctor gave me and I am so happy I did. They are amazing. Sarah was great and even accommodated my social anxiety by letting me come in early and avoid most people. I was stubborn at first and didn’t think I needed any physical therapy but with their help I am back to work two months early after a fractured heel and ankle. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

RPT treated me on 2 occasions for different parts of the body. I was impressed with their knowledge of how the body works, enthusiasm of entire staff, and the results I experienced. Highly recommend Richmond Physical Therapy.

I picked the location because of convenience to my office, upon the suggestion of a colleague. Mary Beth and the PT techs (Natalie, Eric, and Simeon) were all great to work with. She worked with me to heal tendonitis, using a combination of massage, laser, and ultrasound, and I am feeling much better than I did a couple of months ago. Even better, she has armed me with a number of specific exercises and stretches to help prevent a recurrence.

The staff here was very nice and the location was wonderful! I loved how warm the inside of the facility made me feel, and the staff members were awesome at walking me through the workouts. I had pulled my groin so it was a painful experience, but with the expert help and methods, I was nurtured back to full health

Went into this totally skeptical, as I’ve been through physical therapy before with poor results. Seriously. I am a success story with the credit going to Matt H. We set goals and he explained the reasons behind all the exercises we did. The entire team here is amazing .. they work together like a well oiled machine.

When I hurt my knee I didn’t know where to turn. I had always suffered from tendonitis in my young adult life which I thought would never get better. However, due to the knowledge and care displayed by the employees there I have been more successful in rehabilitating my knee!! 100% recommend!
