Expensive but I think it’s definitely worth it. The antipasti was very good and I enjoyed the deserts too. Very authentic taste and the outdoor dining patio is great. I also like the bread and butter too. In my opinion the best Italian restaurant you can find in the area.

Today was a great day for authentic Italian food! It’s been years since I’ve been here and I was headed to another place when I passed it. I quickly bust a u-turn when I realized it was open! It was a crispy Sunday afternoon, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly! I recognized the waiter from years before, and he’s as pleasant as can be. We started with the crispy calamari and it melted in my mouth like butter! Brought back so many delicious with my buddy Jerry who took me there years ago! I took my bestie for the first time and she loved the delicious food as well. After the calamari, I had the Pollo Francese (butter and wine sauce 😋😋😋😋) paired with a salad! Bestie had spaghetti carbonara with a salad! She loved it and immediate wanted to take a nap! We normally leave with a to go bag when we eat out but today was different, we took our time and enjoyed every morsel of goodness! Maria (owner) stopped by to say hello and a quick catch up! It was sweet! The ambiance is perfect, family atmosphere, nice low music and fantastic food that is consistently delicious!! It’s been at least 5 maybe 7 years since I e visited and my tastebuds were beyond HAPPY today at dinner time! I’ll definitely be back sooner since bestie wants to further explore the menu!

Authentic, fresh superb Italian dishes. Family owned and operated. I love seeing the same quality staff. I loved being served by adults instead of college kids who care less about your dining experience. All servers speak fluent Italian. It feels like you might of just had a visit in Italy. Homemade tiramisu is excellent. Pizzas are fantastic, crispy crust right out of a real brick pizza oven. Mozzarella sticks are incredible and unique-hand made, not restaurant supply store. Calamari is lightly battered, tender and tasty. Highly recommend this establishment.

I was very impressed with my experience here. It was nostalgic of growing up in long island and going to a family owned Italian restaurant. Checkered tablecloths, sweet service and amazing food. We had the fried calamari, pizza and lasagna and everything was so good. I have to say I can't remember the last time I had a lasagna that I enjoyed that much. Well definitely be adding this gem to out list of regular restaurant spots.

I have been a patron of Espositos since coming here as a kid. Every July 4th, we come here for dinner and then watch the fireworks that is done at the high school behind them. A family tradition at a family restaurant that has been owned by the same people since the start. We appreciate the true Italian cuisine as Italians ourselves. I love the seafood pasta and their fried mozzarella. We are regulars and will be regulars forever!

Best Italian restaurant in the area! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. And great wine selection.

Very very very good latte and cappuccino, that are so much more better than any other coffee shop. And I love their pastas and ravioli. Definitely check this place for lunch

Espositos is my favorite Italian restaurant in the entire Commonwealth of Virginia! Maria and her team of professionals are dynamic, friendly, and knowledgeable! They recommend the right choices from their delicious menu to fit the taste of every dining party. My favorites on their menu include the rack of lamb, the spinach and parmesean salad, and the eggplant rigatoni. Last but certainly not least, Espositos' pizza is phenomenal! It is some of the best that I have tasted outside the 5 Boroughs of NYC. For an authentic Italian meal, with a mix of both northern and southern Italian cuisine, please check out Espositos! I have NO idea how I've lived in this area my whole life and overlooked this place. I've missed a lot of opportunities to eat here!!
Best Linguine Vongole I've ever had. Most places, I can taste the can the clams used to be on. This place uses fresh. *Chef kiss* THANK YOU!
My husbands lasagne used handcrafted noodles and you could tell. Super delish!
Real butter with the bread basket? *Fans myself* I've seen too much margarine recently.
Our server was very kind and entertaining to our 5 year old. He didn't have to be, and most servers ignore kids. My son LOVED the fact that a grown up was asking HIM for his order.

Held a celebration of life there for sister. Had a buffet that was loved by all. Service was beyond excellent. Very respectful of speakers silently doing their jobs.

Late lunch on a Monday. Slow day so no delay in seating or service. BOTTOM LINE: Great food, excellant service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Very good value. The decor is a bit sterile and diner-like. But it is all about the food. And the food is great.

Stopped in for pizza and was pleasantly surprised to find that there's a wood-fired pizza here! The pizza was delicious and service was absolutely great!

Lovely food and desserts!

Have been here a few times for dine-in and take-out and it never disappoints. Food and staff are fabulous. When I do take-out I always arrive before the food is ready so I can enjoy a nice glass of Chianti. If you're in the mood for italian don't pass up on this gem!

A nice little and humble restaurant that has some of the best Italian food I ever had in the USA!!

I specifically had the gnocchi with pesto and it was heavenly!! The sauce was creamy, very flavorful, tasted like freshly made pesto, and smelled fresh too!! The gnocchi was tender (in a good way) and were so soft!!

The servers we also very nice!!

Over all this place is amazing for the quality of the food without the insane prices!!

A wonderful place for a casual date night. Food was excellent. (Listen to the wait staff when they recommend things). And the price was completely reasonable. 10/10 will be coming back.
